One of the best ball parks for local games anywhere. Decent parking, covered and open bleachers, flush toilets, picnic tables, a playground and walking trail nearby. Concession stand wasn't open today but looks big enough to have a lot of options. Lights and scoreboard worked well.

So upsetting to see the park equipment minimized to 1/3 it's size. Why???... The park was fine. Now it's worse. Wayyy worse. Soo small. Only one slide area. All smooshed together. U should see 6-8 kids trying to go up it. It's ridiculous. No room for them. Only one play area. What a disappointment. I expected more from u Elgin. No room for the kids to run n play. No swings for the big kids/teens n....really no baby swings or toddler area. U guys took out all 8 swings we used to have. Used to love swinging n looking up at the big trees. Really sad to see the new park area. Sooo small for such a large park. I was excited when they first started to work on it but omg who cheaped out...Can we get the rest of the equipment set up. Sorry not sorry. Been comin to this park since the Fire truck was there. Back in the 80s...now I'm takin my kid. Love the park just disappointed...to see it changed to something soo small when sooo many people go there. Plus no garbage cans n most of the benches are all on one side no visibility.
Really fun to take the kids out to the park and also to go for a picnic.
Well maintained Baseball Park. Turf at Home Plate, rest is grass field. They added Covered metal bleachers so now you can just bring a Stadium Chair. Covered picnic area if you bring food for in between games. Groundscrew take pride in their field.
Place is pretty sick. There's a very nice trail you can walk in the woods that's honestly pretty fun. A good workout.
Well maintained park with decent amount of parking. Great for hiking plaid they have bike trails. The site I was at had a portable toilet for emergencies. I would definitely bring friends and family here to relax and enjoy nature.
The playground is older but has a variety of equipment not found in newer playgrounds. It had multiple monkey bars, a balance walkway, and multiple slides including one with rollers that my son loved. This park does have sand, which we enjoy, but you might want to be aware of that.
Very nice island park in the middle of the Fox River. I highly recommend a visit to it. There are a lot of places to sit and enjoy the river flow and fishing.
This place is terrific! My work out takes about half an hour, but helps me to sleep better. This gym welcomes all ages and abilities. Informal atmosphere.
Baked goods are all made in house and truly delicious. The drinks are also handcrafted with many ingredients made from scratch! Definitely worth your time to visit this quaint coffee shop in downtown Elgin.

Great prices. Easy check out. Clean store. They get shipments everyday. Plus have 2 fun isles of seasonal items like toasters and socks. And everything between bring a bag or 4 or you have to purchase one
Very nice restaurant. Big and very elegant waiting area with fireplace. Hostess station is right in front of the door. Food is very good. Nice size serving. Bathroom even have mouth wash with little disposable cups. Have kids menu.
