The lady in there I think the manager kinda heavy set is absolutely RUDE! Didn’t welcome us and the whole time my child was talking to her she ignored her and would look up with her eyes like she was bothered by my child speaking to her.. the register wasn’t working so we had to do an online order the lady placed them in the wrong box and when we asked her she proceeded to argue with us being rude and told us we was wrong… we go here very often but won’t return ever again!

This is by far the nastiest, unclean and unsanitary smoothie cafe I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of them. Let pictures speak fkr themselves. Managment, you should be ashamed of yourselves to many areas of dried food, sticky countertops food contamination, powder contamination the kitchen area hasn’t been cleaned underneath counters for I bet months. The whole store looked absolutely disgusting

Customer Service-less. Changed to one stars after being rudely greeted by someone at 5:20pm on New Year’s Day. Sign on the door says that they’re only open until 6 PM. The other sign says online only orders until 6 PM. Typically I would put my order in online anyways, but I’m not able to because they’ve shut down online ordering. When I told the gray haired larger bodied employee that I will be contacting corporate to let them know about the issues I continue to have at this location, she got an attitude and shut the door in my face. This place won’t last long with smoothie king opening down the street anyways. Go check them out in the Academy sports parking lot.

I walked in and there was not a soul in the establishment. I waited for 10 minutes before the employee came out of the back room just to tell me that she was only taking online orders until 12:00 when she had help. Like I said there was no one else there and I feel like she could have still taking my order and made my smoothie even though I didn't order online. I understand being short-staffed because I work in a restaurant as well. But to turn someone away when you didn't even have any other customers in the store it was really rude and I will never go back. I really enjoy tropical smoothie and I'm sad to say this but I will never go back to this location.

I come here all the time I get the same triple berry oat smoothie. Sometimes it's done right sometimes it comes out like a bowl of oat meal. Some people aren't trained well enough here and they dont realize some smoothies require more blending and more water. It's very hit and miss here very inconsistent.

I’ve been a regular customer since this restaurant opened. It used to be outstanding. Well managed, clean and efficient. Six to eight months ago something changed…maybe new management, but unfortunately it’s poorly run now. Always understaffed and the staff that is working just isn’t often very polite. I recently put in a mobile order (using the app) and arrived when promoted to pick my order up. The restaurant was very busy and after waiting 20 minutes I asked an employee about my order. I was told they weren’t completing mobile orders until they caught up in the restaurant. Unfortunately, I already paid and had to wait another 10 minutes to get a refund. I used to recommend this restaurant commonly. I can’t, in good faith, do that anymore.

Smoothies are always great. Atmosphere not so much. I’ve been here been here between 8-10am 3 times this week. Open sign is never on, employees never greet me or smile. May be something to talk with management about. I’ve always had great experiences coming here until recently. May be just a season we’re going through idk.

The gray and black haired lady that works here is the absolute rudest person i have ever met in my life. She does not acknowledge you when you walk in. Ive stood around for long periods of time and she just walks past you without speaking. If she is working, i just walk back out. Her behavior needs to be addressed or she needs to be fired. The rest of the staff seems wonderful.
