We had a great experience. The place is clean, they are well staffed, and very efficient. The prices are reasonable, and you have a lot of options. The only downside is the parking lot.

I normally have no issues, but today my smoothie didn’t taste how it normally does (not a big deal). I had to come back because they left out a side of chipotle mayo from my order (that I was charged for). When I asked the employee for what I paid for she looked at me very distastefully….almost as if I was lying about missing a simple side of sauce. I don’t know if I’ll be back soon, and I hate that because I really do love what I get from here.

I’m surprised they’re rated so highly. The smoothies are so sugary, it tastes like there’s syrup added or something. I added whey protein to mine but I’m not sure what they put as the whey protein I didn’t taste it. Not to say it wasn’t there. Overall it just tasted like there was way too much sugar which makes me wonder how much real fruit/vegetables are in the smoothies.

Literally, almost every time I order from them… Which is typically using a delivery service… They leave some thing off my order… I will say I like the food a lot that’s why I continue to order but wow this is not rocket science… I typically try to be an easy customer to deal with because I know that Foodservice can be hard and intense… But wow every time…? Every time.

Just tried this banana flatbread with peanut butter, banana, granola, honey 🍯 from tropical smoothie right after 12 laps swimming I was so hungry and this was just so satisfying. This Tropical smoothie was fast , clean , and efficient. Fresh ingredients good hot food . The atmosphere is very chill like a little office area if you want to have a meeting or take a zoom call . The music is just high enough to hear but low enough to talk without having to scream or yell . Everything really went well and I watched the customer service with other people , I really appreciate the customer service and I will definitely return to this location when I'm in Memphis Tennessee

I order a Bahama Mama and a Blimey Limey. I asked for NO PINEAPPLE. I have an allergy. There were plenty of PINEAPPLE in my smoothie. I am itching and uncomfortable at work. I called to let them know the situation, and the women who answered the phone was very rude and argumentative. She refused to accept the fact that they made a mistake. I said that I would bring it up there to proof. She said " Do that" and hung up in my face. I will be going up there on my lunch break. The smoothie is in the freezer. I mean you can smell the pineapple! SMH... never again.

I love the peanut 🥜 butter cup banana 🍌 smoothie and their chicken quesadilla. Also try the Bahama Mama smoothie 🥤 it's quite delicious. I like to go here on my lunch break. Fast friendly service. Highly recommended
