Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Juice shop in Siloam Springs - 3200 US-412 #70, USA

Terrible food quality. I recently moved here and one of my favorite places to eat is tropical smoothie. Sadly though due to the quality of the food at the Siloam Springs one, I am not longer a fan. Once they served me a chicken bacon ranch Flatbread with breaded chicken that tasted as if it came from Walmart. Today my boss picked up some food and the southwest wrap she got for me is burnt, no egg, and 99% spinach. From now on I will only be getting smoothies from here.

This is my new favorite place to go since I've had to change my diet and eat much healthier. They have so many good options for fresh food that I can't get af other places, especially fast food! I order on the app so I get rewards but can also customize anything I want, order ahead and really see what's in everything. The service is also very good, they're always super friendly! When I do order ahead they always put nice notes on my cup- a fun added touch! My favorite smoothie is their detox island green smoothie - it has no added sugar and is packed with fruit, spinach, kale and ginger. I add the hemp protein and can have a breakfast that is less than 300 calories and is VERY FILLING! That is the only option without a ton of added sugar, so that's the only downfall there. Their food is great too - the Thai chicken salad (or wrap) is my absolute favorite and their buffalo chicken wrao is pretty tasty too. I was surprised at how good their food was when I finally tried ir!

My wife and I have often enjoyed Tropical Smoothie Café. This store is no different. We were extremely impressed with how the employee at the front handled when there was an order that we were not pleased with. We explained the situation, and without question, he offered to replace the order or provide a comparably priced item. We'll definitely be stopping by here again!

Always fast and delicious with excellent service. Typically I don't care for chain places, but this is one I'll hit again and again.

I always enjoy my smoothies but I decided to try a new location. I likely won't be going back. One smoothie was done incorrectly and all three were poorly blended. We couldn't finish them because of the huge chunks of ice.

When I arrived, it was extremely busy, both at the drive-through and inside. My only problem was that there is no good way for people in the drive-through to keep from creating a traffic hazard if there are more than 3 cars in line. I was just trying to get into the parking lot, but cars were backed up onto Hwy 412. The staff was friendly and my sandwich was delicious and reasonably priced. I got the chicken bacon ranch flatbread. Good selection of sandwiches, etc. Just need to fix the drive-through problem.

Really good smoothies, not so much other stuff. It's like they don't know how to do anything but smoothies. My quesadilla is falling out of the box because it was put into the bag with the box opening on the bottom of the bag sideways. Kinda disappointed.

The only bad thing about this being here is I’m going to eat here way too much 😂 it’s SOOO good!! Awesome food, amazing smoothies, and great service! An awesome addition to Siloam!
