I never had any problems and was always satisfied with tropical smoothie till today. When I enter the store I was not greeted by anyone considering that it was not busy. Then I took my smoothie with me and while drinking I encounter many problems. Smoothie had many big chunks of the Ingredients. Honestly I did not mind at first but then the chunks got bigger. In addition the taste was different like it still had the taste of a previous smoothie. Almost more than half was not liquid and at the end I had a bunch of seeds and something big that made me puke. Sucks it was my only lunch and I was not able to return because I was at work. I suggest you guys to check your smoothies because you might find something gross. Waste of time, gas, and money.

The food was really good here. Will come back to try it again! The smoothies are alright though.

Day 1 - food was great and it being my first time, I was not disappointed. Day 2 - ordered the same thing and asked for no ranch, and it was entirely drenched in ranch. I attempted to call and the line was busy for 20 minutes. I originally DoorDash for convenience, but had to go myself to fix this. Manager did fix it, but the amount of chicken inside was not like day 1 at all. Day 3 - ordered something different and again, the amount of protein doesn’t even meet 1/2 of the meal. I also ordered a smoothie and didn’t receive it. I met my dasher and he said he wasn’t given one. I do think he should have checked the receipt and asked but I just went ahead and refunded the smoothie entirely. Been trying tropical smoothie because I am cutting weight and it was highly recommended for my process. But the use of door dash and the quality of food and service hasn’t worked for me. Very disappointed.

Food and smoothies were fast and delicious. Lean Machine smoothie, Peanut Butter Cup smoothie, Avocado Grilled Cheese sandwiches, kale & apple slaw. So so good. Was not expecting the avocado to be so good on grilled cheese, but somehow it works really really well

What a horrible experience coming here. I placed an order for a smoothie and a wrap via mobile order pick up time was 8:33am. Smoothie was ready upon arrival after giving my name then o was asked if any food when they can see it in there monitor. My food was not ready and no apology. These employees lack basic customer service. If your not happy with your job then you should look for something else. Till 8:51am I was given my wrap. I would not come back here and also don’t expect a solution other then a automated reply.

Walked in as a first time customer with nobody else in there except what I assume to be pre-teen employees gathered together using profanity I had never even heard before in that context. With my existence not even being acknowledged, I left. I will never be returning. Seriously the service here made Insomnia Cookies look phenomenal in comparison

Ordered through TSC App, delivered smoothie without a straw… ouch. No way to contact the driver when ordered through the app either.
