Smoothies are good. But only giving three stars because they only have one size. And that one size will cost you just under $8. Plus it is super super annoying when the staff put you on the spot and ask you if you want to leave a tip. The customers have enough brain cells that if they wanted to leave a tip, they can make that decision by themselves without being pressured. And it eight bucks for a drink, really doesn't leave a lot of room for a tip. I don't tip the person who gives me my bag of McDonald's, so why are you asking for a tip?

There’s no size options, so you can’t get a smaller size than the huge 24 oz one. Also, their smoothie menu lacks variety. This particular store is a little messy and run down.

Noah who was my server at this location was extremely hard working & friendly. He had many people in line & had absolutely outstanding customer service even in the midst of serving at both windows! So good that I wanted to write a review for the location based on his representation! Good job Noah 👏🏼

Smoothies are the best! I love the new seasonal flavors! And food is delicious. Great customer service dinner in and drive thru. Repeat customer!

decided to grab some lunch today 3/20 at around 12:30. first the line took forever, which whatever that’s fine. then i get to the menu to order and the girl taking my order asked me to repeat myself about a million times, kept turning her microphone off (i used to work in fast food, i can tell), and totally read back the wrong order to me. when i got to the window i double checked AGAIN about what i ordered: super green Cesar chicken wrap with no tomato and extra cesar dressing. she told me yes that’s what she had and that’s what i was giving. to my disappointment, i get home and there are tomatoes on my sandwich and ranch as the extra sauce…… quite disappointed with this trip to tropical smoothie especially bc it’s on the pricey side for fast food.

Are your workers SO incompetent that ONLY a manager can take an order over the phone? That would be a yes. Pathetic. Do better. Stop discrimination against phone orders, you phoneaphobics.

Food is as expected and service is dull. Never overly cheery or nice or helpful. Not sure why they always ask for tips. Low key annoying to have to always put my own card in the reader and makes me want to come less often…

I come here regularly with the same order. When ordering a Paradise Point Smoothie they gave me a Peanut Paradise Smoothie. I have a nut allergy, so this really was not cool. I only noticed it was different once I took a sip of it. I'm lucky my nut allergy isn't deadly or severe.
