I placed an order online for pickup during business hours. When I get here the store isn’t open. The order was place and money has paid. Please don’t allow your customers to place orders if you’re going to be close at 5:30.
Stopped here today and was pleased. I tried the Caribbean jerk chicken salad. Had a good spice level so be aware of that. My husband got the chocolate peanut butter banana shake. That was also good. Prices are great in my opinion, I liked the recyclable bowls, and we will definitely be back.
This is ridiculous. This is the second time this has happened. I like tropical smoothie but they need to do better.
I'm in town from Dallas for my cousin's wedding and needed some "fuel". Surprisingly, there's A LOT in Olive Branch to eat!!! 😱 Anyhoo, this was my first time ever coming to Tropical Cafe and customer service was great! I ordered the:

• It's naturally sweetened alright!! 🥴😵💫😂 But, this is one of the most nutritionally beneficial smoothies out there! Although it's not satisfyingly sweet it's still refreshing! 💪🏽🌱🥬🍍🍌
No one ever brought out our curbside pick up. We had to get out & go in and ask for it. A few minor issues with some of our order being wrong. The buffalo chicken wrap was amazing tho.
I’m so upset!! I drove 30 minutes to this place and paid for my order online “TOOK MY MONEY” and to get there at 6:40pm this place was closed!!! This is totally unacceptable!! I will be there when they open in the morning to speak with a manager and to get a refund!! Do better people!!!! The closing time is 8pm by the way!!!
If you going to close early the online website should not allow you to purchase your food and take your money!!

What a great place!!! The smoothies are always blended just right and the food is cooked to order. You can order on your phone and do pickup which is nice, especially amidst covid. They also have fresh made cookies- snickerdoodle 😋 yum. They used to do peanut butter but not sure if they do anymore. Cool little patio too. Right next to an ATC which is convenient for lifters.

We started out just driving around Olive Branch looking for something new. Ran across this little joint. Nothing to look at from the outside but the parking lot had several cars se we stopped. I had the steak burrito and my wife had the street tacos.
