Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Juice shop in Manheim - 2201 Strickler Rd, USA

Update: Visited 8/9/18, the staff is as extremely nice and friendly:) This is a new and clean place. We had Acai Berry Boost and Chia Banana smoothies. Chia Banana had a very strong cinnamon flavor so I asked the lady to remake it which she did very fast. The new Chia Banana had another very tasty sweet flavor and I liked it a lot. Baja Chicken flatbread was good, so was Peanut Butter Banana flatbread.

Food is delicious and smoothies are great! My complaint is how dirty everything is! The tables were sticky and a layer of dust on lights and fans. Bathroom is disturbing!

This is the second time that I have ordered from here and had hair in my food which is totally disgusting. I am a pregnant woman who just wants to be healthy which does not include hair. I will not be returning.

I’ve ordered from here multiple times now. I kept going back because it’s the closest tropical smoothie. But they mess up my order EVERY TIME. My husband and I order a basic smoothies, as is, No special orders and it’s consistently wrong. I’m not going to bother going back here, because I’m just wasting money on poorly made smoothies. I don’t even understand how you can mess it up.

This was my first trip to a tropical smoothie Cafe! Totally a five-star experience! I need to call out the employee who assisted us Cheyenne heisey!!! She is a great asset to your team and her customer service skills are on point!!! I will definitely go back !!

Was a busy at noon when I was there, but the staff did a great job of working together and filling orders in a timely manner. Chicken bacon ranch Flatbread and peanut butter cup smoothie were wonderful!

The staff& food here is great! For awhile they were very low staffed and the wait could be up to 45 minutes for food. But give them another try! They've got more employees now & usually have smoothies& food out in under 10 minutes! 👍🏻 They've asked how we like the taste of some of the new smoothies that just came out to get feedback. And occasionally when I've forgotten to ask for the edible straw, they've given it free of charge. 😋 Also, sometimes they end up with too much smoothie and have already given me my full cup as well as a small cup so that it doesn't go to waste! I love coming here!!

Even when there's a moderate line of people, I feel like this particular tropical Cafe smoothie shop is able to get smoothies out really fast compared to the handful of others in the area. The product is consistent each time but the speed really makes this one a touch better than some others around here. Update: The manager here is just super nice in general. While we do come in regularly, it's not THAT often, but he still manages to basically know our entire usual order as soon as we walk in. He let us try the edible straws one time and my kids loved them so now we just order them on our order - samples can work! This is for sure my favorite tropical smoothie Cafe in the area.
