A really pleasant experience overall. Service was top quality; the staff here are excellent. Orders were delivered quickly, and they were able to clarify all our questions. All the staff are very friendly as well. Smoothies are nice, ask for no sugar as they add a little in to make them more tropical. Food has good serving sizes and was hot when brought out. Building is clean and tidy, plenty of parking around the back and the side. It's a place I would visit again.

What a wonderful day. Got to spend time with my lovely wife and try something a little different. We were in Rexburg and decided to stop at this place. We decided to have a could of smoothies and they were so yummy. The ones we got were large 24 oz. So it would be a good shareable item. They also bring the drinks and food items to you which was great too. The food items they brought out looked yummy and the people eating them looked like they were enjoying them sooo if your in Rexburg stop by and give it a try. They were super friendly and very nice. The bathrooms were clean too which is always a plus.

(I'd give zero if I could) So, there I was, a teenager with a smoothie craving, stepping into the Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Little did I know, I was about to embark on a journey of utter disappointment. First off, the "tropical" vibe? More like a tropical storm of chaos. The place was as organized as my bedroom during finals week. And the noise level? I've heard quieter rock concerts. Now, let's talk about the smoothies. I ordered the "Totally Tropical Turmoil" or something like that. I was expecting a blissful blend of exotic fruits, a veritable paradise in a cup. What I got was a lukewarm concoction that tasted suspiciously like yesterday's fruit salad. The "fresh" fruits must have taken the scenic route from the tropics. And don't even get me started on the wait time. I could have grown and harvested my own tropical fruits in the time it took them to blend some fruit and ice together. Seriously, I've seen glaciers move faster. The only "smooth" thing about the Tropical Smoothie Cafe was the exit door, which thankfully, worked perfectly. So, if you're a teenager looking for a smoothie fix, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is a tropical illusion! Would I go back? Only if I wanted to study the effects of time dilation in real life.

These pictures so do not do justice to the food. It was so good we went back the next day and got the same thing. This is the chicken pesto flatbread with sweet potatoes and the island green smoothie. The smoothie was so smooth and creamy and the food was fresh every time and it was pretty quality for as fast as they got it out to us. Our only complaint is that it’s kinda pricey for the amount of food. Totally downloaded the app to start going regularly and not go broke from it 🥹

Our first time at this brand. The staff here are fantastic. Welcoming, big smiles, working quickly, say thanks and goodbye when people leave. We got food and smoothies. All excellent. My Thai chicken wrap was hot and the salad was well-saturated so it tasted like they made the salad earlier and let it marinate. Like eating a huge, crispy spring roll. I'd totally order that again. My son said the grilled cheese had just the right kick. Now my wife (unable to join us tonight) is jealous. We'll be back. I know they'll be successful in Rexburg. Side note: The only oddity is that we spent $28 on food and smoothies yet got charged for water cups. It's a little thing, but just weird--especially when we're eating food where a smoothie's not really an ideal pair for that.

Me and my Fiancé went to get breakfast here. Very friendly staff and quick service. She said food was a 4.5/5 I said 5 The smoothies were also very good. Definitely recommend a visit someday!

The Paradise Point smoothie with white chocolate absolutely AMAZING! Such a great atmosphere and the staff is super friendly.

Our department had an end-of-semester lunch for our student employees and we chose Tropical Smoothie Café to cater. It was a great choice. The ordering process was very easy. There was a great selection of items, with choices for everyone. In the notes/comments section, I mentioned there was a peanut allergy. When I received the call to confirm my order, we spoke about the allergy and the plan to assure there was no cross contamination. The meal was delivered on time and tasted great. There was more than enough food, even for the dozen or so young men in our department. I will definitely be using Tropical Smoothie Café again for our catering needs.
