The All American breakfast wrap (served all day) is totally worth the try, or the trek off the interstate. As well as anything Peanut Butter. (Unless allergic) I have been going to this place since they opened. Way back when they were one of the first places in North Ankeny. If you haven't been here? Go. There are different proteins, different smoothies, so many health options. All while still tasting delicious.

First time here. Oh my gosh so good! I had chicken pesto flatbread and 3 cheese chicken quesadilla and the beach bum smoothie and wow the best thing I've eaten! I will for sure be back! Thanks so much! Also employees are super nice and fast too!

Having 5 teenagers work here is not a great idea. Waited 15 minutes for one smoothie. They were talking the whole time and only 2 of them were actually working. There wasn’t a lot of people there either so it shouldn’t have taken so long. Employees were just horsing around.

Delicious! Can’t wait to come back for a different sandwich and smoothie. Too many yummy ones to choose from!

I discovered this place last year down in Georgia and never really thought much about it. Second time stopping here on my way back to Minnesota and never disappoints. Clean and fast service + good vegan options. A little change from getting Starbucks or Caribou + the amount of smoothie you get is plenty.

Terrible service. Went in tonight. Ordered one smoothie. Waited around ten minutes. Others came in, placed an order and received their things while I was still waiting. Ended up leaving without my smoothie. Avoid.

It is different than other Tropical Smoothie Cafes I have visited. Different layout which is interesting. Have the same atmosphere feeling as other locations though. Any smoothies that are on the menu are great. You cannot pick wrong with those smoothies. Food is good, but I do feel like they are a little over priced for the amount they do give you. My personal go to smoothies are Triple Berry oat, or the Acai Berry Boost, Sun rise sun set also tastes amazing as well.

Love this place. Food is great, service is great and the people are great!!!
