Smoothie and food was good but took the staff (teenagers) 15 minutes to start making our food. Ordered at 6:19 PM and finally at 6:39 the food was out. Should have gone somewhere else honestly. Could use some better customer service skills. Music in the space was a little weird too…. Edit: my food had cold eggs in it…. Going from 2 stars to 1….

Hannah is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Her customer service and her speed is unreal! I will always come back when she is here, she made my day and made me feel special 😊 she definitely deserves a raise, she is in it to win it !!!!

I felt like an inconvenience. The employee who took my order could bearly speak up loud enough for me to hear him, so I kept having to apologize for asking him to repeat himself while leaning over the register. Then he told me a snack was included with the meal I bought, it wasn't. So I asked for a refund, to which he said ok let me get on that, took my snack, went back to taking others orders and ignored me. So I got back in line and had to explain the situation to someone new to get my refund while he was standing right there. This just took so much longer than it had to, my smooth wasn't smooth either, chunks kept clogging my straw and they threw away the extra smoothie I paid for. I gave two stars because finding good help is hard, but this should be addressed. I'll probably visit in a month to see if there's any improvements and update my review then if there are.

Accepts online orders only which is fine but no way to know that in advance. Will turn you away with attitude if you walk into the store front. Not a place to feel welcome.

The guy working night crew is so rude doesn’t know how to greet a customers, he just gets upset if you didn’t make an online order then tells you to wait outside. If you don’t like your job get a new one. Leave your problems at home you don’t have to take your anger out on us customers. He has glasses.

Better than Jamba Juice for sure. Their smoothies are never too sweet and their menu paired with quesadillas make for a great lunch stop. Quick tip to the employees; either place menus on the tables or give people a little time to order. Being stared at while trying to read the menu is a bit disconcerting.

Don't even bother wasting your time. Even though they are reportedly open until 9pm, at 6:30 pm, they are refusing to take orders from customers who walk in..... um.... what??? Only taking online and mobile orders. What sense does that make? Would have been our first visit there, but they lost business tonight and for the future.

This place has really gone downhill in the past months. How does a sandwich not come with 3 listed ingredients? Especially lettuce and pineapple salsa? Last 2 visits have been disappointing to say the least. Smoothies still taste great but I’m sure not everything is in them either.
