Variety of options of fresh smoothies available and a good seating place. Got a pomegranate plunge. They took 20 mins for one order. Didn't make it correctly, it tasted like guava and didn't seem to match the ingredients it was supposed to have.

Very nice selection of drinks. They taste very scrumptious and delicious. The floors are very slick and nice. The walls are the color of heaven. And the smoothie machine maker is the color of angels and makes the sound of angelic trumpets. I could listen to the customer service people's voices all day long. Mm mm mmmmm. I have a dream that one this nation will be called the united tropical smoothie cafes of America . I have a dream that one day we will all be holding hands while drinking tropical smoothie cafe smoothies. Amen

I read some bad reviews, and many good ones too about this place, but decided to try it for myself. My wife and I walked in to a smiling employee greeting us on Aug 4 2023 around 7.30pm. Wish I had her name. She helped us right away, and gave us our smoothies with a smile. Very pleasant and would recommend this place. Smoothies were delicious. Thank you

Nice, polite people working here that usually take care to make your food exactly like you expect. However, the drive thru is confusing and oddly conceived. It would make more sense if you could enter the drive-thru from Lowe’s parking lot but it’s not possible and it’s mildly irritating. But the food is good :)

This was my first time at a Tropical Smoothie Cafe, so I didn't know what to get and the girl was SO NICE and understanding. (I asked too many questions I'm sure, but she was patient and answered them all kindly.) Very much appreciated!

The shop was so clean and the people were so nice. The food and smoothies were amazing well worth the money. Thank you for and amazing and safe place to eat during this pandemic. When I told the person taking my order about an allergy she made sure all our smoothies were made in sanitized blenders.

Great experience here. Ordered a peanut paradise smoothie and avocolada smoothie. Also tried the peanut butter, banana, and granola crunch wrap (or something like that). Especially liked that the smoothies were on special in the morning. Great, fast, friendly service. We were greeted right away. I'd return if I were in the area.

Thank you ladies for the service. Food came out fast, delicious, hot, fresh, and smooth. I really like smiles and a great greeting, ensure everyone gets that ;) They helped us with the little ones and gave us an additional cup for them so they didn't spill the big ones.
