I don't know who needs to hear this but Joshua G at this location most definitely know what he is doing making your smoothie. I hope if and when I go back he is the same person who makes my drink.

We ordered Grubhub delivery from this place and the smoothies were fantastic! We tried the Detox Island Green Smoothie, the Chia Banana Boost with Peanut Butter, and the Sunrise Sunset Smoothie. So many fresh flavors! Even though we got them delivered, the smoothies held up great because they are so thick to start with. I would highly recommend this place!

I’ve always walked out with exactly what I ordered. The online orders are timed really well and I’ve never waited more than a minute beyond my quoted pickup time. The staff is friendly. Most of the smoothies are healthier than Jamba but still taste great. 100% recommend this specific location.

I flipping love Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Staff is friendly, and they always accommodate my request to make my favorite smoothie (the Sunny Day, a smoothie retired from the menu but still available). They were PACKED the last time I went in, but all the staff were working so hard, there were at least 7 people in front of me and I waited less than 10 minutes for my smoothies. Will continue to come here!

My roommate went in and ordered the Baja bowl without cheese because he is severely allergic to dairy and could go into anaphylactic shock if he eats it. They made it with cheese so he asked to have it remade because he can not have it. He got home and went to take a bite only to notice they made it again but this time with the cheese on the bottom. Will never give my business to a tropical smoothie location again!

Hi! I came in here today about 15 minutes before close and I felt horrible for the cashier it seemed like they were one of the only people there he was incredibly sweet and made sure my smoothie was just the way I wanted it I definitely will be back

Guy behind the counter made 2 smoothies for people who came in after I had already ordered before getting to mine. Watched him empty ice into a bucket even while mine was just sitting in the blender ready to go. Not coming back for service like that on an overpriced smoothie.

When I went up to order my smoothie, the cashier was very short and he was almost snippy with me. My mood was basically ruined and I kind of felt like I was being a bother, smoothie was good though.
