First of all always check your receipt, change and your bag before leaving. They will over charge you and not give you your proper order. I know they’re just a bunch of kids but they need proper training. The kid (a boy) that served us today seems very distracted and does not know what he was talking about when it comes to the prices of the items. It wasn’t busy that time. It was just me and another car ordering. Again check everything before you leave.

Turkey sandwich was good, but the strawberry and banana tasted a bit strange and very sweet. I suspect they add a ton of sugar to the smoothies, which is extremely unhealthy.

Very poor customer service, the person who attended us didn’t even greet us when we got there and just silently stared at us in front of the cashier. We decided to order and she didn’t even say a word to us. The smoothie was ok (a bit overpriced) but never coming back.

Great smoothie and great service too! The young man Cameron working drive thru treated me so well, was so kind to me it made my day!! I will definitely be back!!

Pretty good, kind-of-healthy food option. They probably should not have a fast food window at this place. It’s well intended, but the process is similar to what a drive through dentist might be able to provide. Slow, but full of effort. Very sugary smoothies…so the opposite of a dentist in that regard.

Just did a staff appreciation for 74 employees and Tropical Smoothie was perfect! The staff was AMAZING and very helpful. The food and smoothies were delicious. We will be back and I recommend this to any business looking to give their staff a special treat!!!

Hit and miss. When made right, the smoothies are great. Been to this location two times and had a problem both times. The first time I had a problem I decided to let it go. But here we are now. The first visit I was given the wrong smoothie and went back in to get the correct smoothie. I was charged for both smoothies, even though one of them I did not order or want. The second visit (today) our smoothies were not blended very well, which led to ingredients and ice continuously clogging our straws and rendering them essentially undrinkable. We threw them out.
