This location is a bit hit or miss. Sometimes - I'd say atleast one out of three visits- i get a smoothie that isn't all the way blended. I paid a LOT for a blended beverage, and i was looking forward to it. I guarantee every one of your customers would rather wait an extra 20 seconds than to get that chunky smoothie. Those chunks don't melt and they don't go up the straw, so you either have to suck so hard with no reward, or you have to take the lid off and end up with smoothie on your nose.. Otherwise they are fabulous! Always friendly, store is clean, quesadillas are great.

Update: Continue to love this place. Visit nearly every time we are in the area. I understand it remains a local favorite. Now online ordering & a rewards program. And catering. And gift cards. Definitely worth a visit. Original: Great smoothies, great service, clean, friendly staff, easy access location, decent prices. Great place to visit when staying at the lake campground.

Employees are very rude and lack any manners. Witnessed a regular come back in with a complaint and was very nice about it for having the issue she did. They remade her order and as soon as she walks out the two girls on shift look at eachother and say I swear to God some people. And than i say thank you when I get my order, no response at all. I was loud and it was when blenders weren't going. Unprofessional and uninviting. Tuesday July 26, 2023.

They had 1 worker actually working, and that was a girl named Nina. She was on top of things and getting it done. The rest were just slacking off and not getting anything done. Line was out the door, but it didn’t have to be. I saw them skip over my order multiple times before finally making it…. After I was finished with my smoothie I finally got my food I ordered 30 minutes ago. I am thoroughly disappointed with this establishment. Time after time i end up waiting too long for something that should be done a lot sooner. Be better.

The service was absolutely ridiculous and very slow. They messed up my order completely! PS I am not impressed by the Strawberry Shortcake smoothie, doesn't really taste like one. Overall, do NOT recommend if in a hurry or want your order right.

Terrible experience. 1/2 hour wait to get 2 smoothies with only a hand full of people ahead of us. When we got the drinks they were not the flavor consistency as expected with any other order. Disappointed with the location

My family ordered four smoothies yesterday. Within an hour of consuming them, we were all ill. We didn't even consume the entire smoothie each, as they had a strange taste of rotten fruit and chemical. Never going back here again. Nearly thirty bucks and four sick people. Terrible experience. I called to inform them and no one cared.
