I've live here for the past 6 years with my husband and Ms. Kim is the best. Most of the time.
The place has potential... once you move in there's no room service or maitnence your kinda on your own which I didn't mind cuz j remodeled my entire room Mrs Kim is fair and she was cool with me decorating being that I lived there over 6 months. The cottage like set up is cool on the rooms that stand alone. it's not a bad area of hollyhill. If the place was given a lil more TLC& style & kept decent ppl in there it would do it good. Exp at the weekly cost of 300 week; you're paying for convience effiency weekly living if that's what you're looking for.
Not a place for small children, or elderly adults. Once you get a room you are on your own. There are roaches, WiFi sucks, but good enough for scams to be run to get all your personal information. Washer and dryer provided on site never work, and don't go thinking you might make a friend because they all play their own part in the drama production that goes on daily. One day you are told one thing and the next you are blind sided by the total opposite. If you like electricity that works or showers that are hot this is not the place for you.
We love you Mrs. Kim!! Tropical gables is very quiet and quaint. We love it here and will always recommend this place if you need a great efficiency room!
Full of junkies and thieves. Anyone living within walking distance be careful what you leave outside your house it'll probably end up here!!!!!!!!!!!

First time coming here to celebrate my anniversary. Dinner was divine. Our waiter was lovely and so attentive. My boyfriend had the lobster tail and I had the mahi which was the chef's special. Superb food. Will definitely be returning!
My dogs, a little too portly to go in the smaller dog area, last time we were in the community dog park area two big pitbull's started getting frisky with her, a little friskier than I would, like, and their owners were slightly amused. That's when w
We found JoJo's food truck/trailer next to Copper Bottom Distillery. This is the real deal. Tried the Chicago Dog and the Italian sausage sub. Freshest ingredients, perfect balance of flavors, and big enough for leftovers.
Definitely worth visiting
