I was led to this place under false pretenses, the pictures online was totally different from what I observed in person. I reserved a stay for 4 days 3 nights for my 40th birthday and on day 2 after sleeping in one night was not satisfied. Bathroom was unpleasant, tub rusty and dirty and drain was clogged enabling me and my guest to shower properly, we had to lay something in the tub to refrain from putting our feet in the tub, bed was uncomfortable and squeaky and I went to the owner to explain my issue and he stated he would issue me my FULL REFUND! Welp ever since my trip was cut short and reach back up to follow up on my refund the owner doesn’t answer ANY of my calls or messages and for that matter it’s unprofessional on his behalf ! I would never recommend this property to anyone especially if they can’t own up to their actions !

I was stranded and my flight was cancelled due to the severe tropical storm, and the owner of this hotel came to my aid and for that I’ll forever be grateful. Staying here for 2 nights and I’m very comfortable and feel safe. Not to mention literally right next to the beach. Thank you 🩷

Budget hotel, you get what you pay for. Inexpensive, the room was advertised as a queen size bed, however, it was more like a full size bed. Bare minimum, no headboard, very small. The bathtub faucet was leaking so the noise was annoying. There are different types of accommodations, we chose the least expensive.

Will, the manager, was amazing! He offers a discount if you call and book directly with him. We were going to arrive after office hours (9-5) so I called him and he sent me a code to the room so we could get in when we arrived and allowed me to register the next morning. Quaint small room, but had all I needed. It was very clean, comfortable bed, full size fridge. We didn’t cook but there were some dishes. Small parking lot-enough for all the rooms. You just have to take the chain off the lot as he leaves it up so beach/Broadwalk goers don’t park there. Best part-it’s about 100 yards or less to the Broadwalk and beach. Really good restaurants right there on Broadwalk. Will is around there working during the day and always waves or asks if everything is ok. Will definitely return!|If I had any night negative it would be the light that comes in through door window-shade is not quite enough to keep Sun out if you want to sleep in.

This hotel and apartment is very amazing. Very clean and the rooms are big(and its very cheap). Rooms have complete amenities specially the kitchen stuff silverwares, plates, coffee maker, big fridge, big microwave and etc. And they provide beach towels. The owner is very nice. He is right there everyday if we need something. I wish we could have stayed longer. But definitely coming back in this hotel and holywood beach is the best in Miami as well. Not crowded. The only good thing about this place was the location-- proximity to the beach was great. However, the bed was uncomfortable, the room wasn't very clean, and the bathroom REEKED of sweat. I don't know where the smell came from as it didn't look filthy, but it smelled like someone unwashed had been living there for weeks. The hotel lists that parking is "available", and once you show up you have to pay $20 a day. My husband and I paid for 4 days of parking, only to find their lot COMPLETELY FULL one of the nights. We tried calling the front desk, knocking on the door, of course no one was there. We had to pay $30 for parking nearby that night, and are still waiting for reimbursement from the hotel. Every time we call the number provided, no one picks up and the voicemail inbox is full. When we text, we get no response. Owners, if you see this-- I will change this to a 4 star review if you reimburse us for the parking.

The location was wonderful. Close to the beach, close to restaurants. It was difficult to reach the person from the office, however. The entire floor in the unit was filthy. We didn't have any hot water for showering the first 2 days. We then found out the breaker box was in the unit next door, and we needed to knock on their door to get it corrected. It was disappointing and inconvenient. 2 of the showers we took were cold. It didn't ruin our vacation, but it could have. Don't think we'll ever stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here when we came down to Hollywood beach for an adult trip. It was the perfect location steps from the beach. Our room was small but fine for the small amount of time we spent in the room. It was clean and the staff was friendly! I’ll definitely stay here again.
