I loved the room service here! A very kind lady who helped me and my family out on the first day and left our rooms incredibly tidy and neat. The room service was probably my favorite part and I'd 100% recommend the lady who works here for how much of a hard worker she is. She's great, I enjoyed my stay. 😄😁

manager with dark hair is very rude, but the other staff is amazing. the rooms are nice but old and although they are cleaned, they are still dirty. old dirty carpet in the rooms, bring house shoes. Also I saw roaches in the lobby so be careful of snacks in the room.

This hotel had quite possibly the most comfortable bed I've slept on in years, and the best water pressure I've ever experienced. I am seriously considering booking a couple nights again just for the purpose of self-care or whatever. I am so glad I came.

Do not even waste your time with this place. It was $120 for a room that gave me a view of someone’s backyard. The pool had green stuff all in it. My room had a hole in the ceiling, stains all over the walls. Dirt in the bathroom. And the room had a moldy rotten smell to it. Furniture was old. Really this place should be shut down.

This is a pretty old hotel and the side entrance foyer is showing its age, as the wall covering/drywall is cracked and needs updating/remodel. But my room was totally acceptable - carpet, walls/paint, bathroom/shower, sink (granite) was all in good shape and current/modern. This isn't the Waldorf Astoria, and it isn't priced as such either. My stay was very much worth the price paid (with inflation, everything costs more than it should). This hotel is perfectly fine for the class it is in.

Triplodge of Santa Clarita is a great hotel to stay at if you want a clean, relaxing room that’s also affordable. I was very satisfied with my stay and the services provided were excellent. The person in the front desk that helped me set up my room was very friendly and kind. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and I will be booking with Triplodge again in the near future.

I thought it was a great hotel. Clean. We felt safe/good neighborhood. No issues will absolutely stay here if I ever need to come back to the SCV.

I just had the worst experience at this hotel. I had the nerve to question a policy which got the front desk woman very defensive, ending in her raising her voice with "don't tell me how to do my job." It didn't sit well with me but I tried to apologize explaining my sister had just died and sorry if I was rude. Rather than de-escalating the situation, she remained irate and refused to honor my reservation. My handicapped husband and I had to find a room after hours of driving even though we had one reserved. The next place we went was more lax on the policy all this was about and they were kind and welcoming. Thank goodness! If you still want to go here, better watch your Ps and Qs or else!
