First time going here...and it was incredible 🤩! Walking in, we were greeted by the smell of 100% fresh sirloin steak 🥩 as we sat down on a curved table that stretched all around the small, but homey dinning room. Our wonderfully kind server quickly came, greeted us, and wrote down our orders. Soon after, when the food came, our olfactory nerves were ignited with great smells. I ordered the Double Steak burger with fries, and I shared a Root Beer with my brother. We also got an additional tray of crispy onion fries. The food was delicious, the burger was probably one of the best burgers that I've ever had from a dine-in location. It is the freshest tasting burger that I've ever had😋. The fries were decently seasoned, but passable since I smothered them with ketchup 😅. Finally, the root beer was fizzy, foamy, and flavorful 🍻. I would definitely come back here and recommend grabbing a lunch here soon!

A fantastic place to eat in my area! Definitely need to try their peanut butter burger.. very friendly staff. They have expanded outdoor seating to accommodate the growing demand. The outdoor seating is covered and is a nice option. You can find there XXX root beer in convenience stores all over the state which is kind of cool!

This restaurant is fantastic! They have some of the best burgers that I've had. The unique cut of beef that they use is flavorful and even with no seasoning has depth to the flavor. The fries are also great. While it certainly can get a bit pricey, you can also find quite affordable meals too. I would definitely recommend it. My only gripe (and it's a minor one) is that the seating can feel quite cramped as you're eating, but you quickly get used to it.

Cheese burger and onion rings. It's such a simple meal. It's easy to screw up (overdone, underdone, no flavor, toppings that aren't fresh). And it's not really that hard to do it right. And Triple XX does it absolutely right. A little challenging to find parking but we got there in the end. Inside, not that busy and I was able to pick a seat all the way through and around so that I wasn't going to have people walking behind me. A friendly young waiter took my order and a few minutes later, burger delivered. Absolutely perfect. Fresh meat, melty cheese, excellent bun, crisp lettuce and tomato. Onion rings were hot and crunchy and perfect with ketchup. This was an absolutely delicious meal. I'm so glad I made it to Triple XXX!

Still amazing 20 years after graduation. Super fast counter service, great diner atmosphere, food is delicious. Get the Duane Purvis if you’re feeling a burger, and do NOT pass up the root beer. Very limited seating but well worth the wait.

Love the bar only service here. So good that we went both days we were in town. Took some root beer jelly home. Had the Drew Brees one day, the Peanut Butter burger with a frosty root beer mug the next day. Definitely worth the stop.

This restaurant is famous for a reason!! Absolutely high quality food at more than reasonable prices. We were told it was going to be a long wait but it was only about 15 minutes on a Purdue game day! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!! We actually paid more for their shirts than for our 2 meals! This restaurant is a must if you ever visit the Purdue campus!

Our waitress 5 STARS!!! Everything was brought to our table, cooked correctly, cooked fresh and hot. The patty melt is wonderful, the hotdog and fries is also great, and the world-renowned chili lives up to the name. It is nice, quaint seating with a wraparound style, make sure you try their root beer top notch and they come by and refill as needed.
