Working with Jason and the Triple Helix team was an outstanding experience. We found ourselves facing the challenge of operating a website on an outdated platform, complete with custom themes and plugins. A mere upgrade to the latest version would have risked breaking the site. Our objective was to achieve a seamless transition to adhere to security standards and compliance requirements, all while avoiding any disruptions. Remarkably, Jason and the Triple Helix team orchestrated the complete reconstruction of our website, using a commercially available and supported theme. Moreover, they have assumed the responsibility of ongoing maintenance, ensuring we steer clear of encountering similar predicaments in the future.

Triple Helix did a great job creating a dashboard to help us streamline our purchasing processes. They worked very hard to meet our needs, integrating our system with the new dashboard. The final product is exactly what we needed for our business and saves us a lot of time daily.

A few years back we asked Triple Helix to take what was a dry-erase board, that we used for production scheduling and create an interactive Scheduling Dashboard to be displayed in our Manufacturing Area. With constant communication and in-house visits, Jason's team at Triple Helix went over and beyond what we could have ever imagined in the most professional manner. What Triple Helix was able to achieve has not only brought and interactive experience to our Production Team but, has made access to the Production Schedule by everyone in the company easier and more precise. Now, everyone from Planning, Sales and our QA Lab can easily see what's being produced on any given day of the week Monday through Saturday, as well as read comments left in the Comments Field if specific instructions are needed. Triple Helix was also able to create a "Real Time" batch monitoring system that runs on the same Dashboard which will show the current status of any batch in process on the Production floor and alert us if a Batch Temperature gets above the set-point, helping us protect the integrity of our Batches. Lastly, Triple Helix has developed an equipment "Up-time" monitoring system to track our Finishing equipment's actual runtime which we use to help plan our production runs more efficiently and use the equipment's' capacity more effectively.

Our company was going through an ERP search and we found ourselves totally overwhelmed by the options and requirements. We engaged Triple Helix to help us find the best fit for our company and they absolutely succeeded. Once we let the smoke settle from our transition we will be getting back in touch with Triple Helix to potentially pursue more customization to truly fit our business needs.
