Place has a really nice patio that backs up to a community lake. I met my wife and daughter there and sat outside. Place is nice inside but we were drawn to the patio which does have fans and heaters for the winter. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and my daughter got the Cheese pizza. My Wife and I shared a bottle of the large 750 ML Florasion which was absolutely delicious if you like a light beverage in the heat. Sandwich was great with huge slices of Avocado. The fries have a great taste love the seasoning. I pizza was the perfect size for my 7 year old and the sauce was chunky not runny. Loved the food and the service from Kerry who was our waitress.

While visiting for the holidays we wanted to try a local spot and was recommended Triple Crossing Brewery. We arrived and was seated quickly even though it was very busy. Kerry was our server, she was sweeter than southern sweet tea. With this being the first time there Kerry gladly suggested we try the fried chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce and the hot honey pepperoni pizza. So we took her up on those recommendations and ordered both. The pizza was delicious! The combination of sweet, savory and spicy danced across my pallet bringing my tastebuds to life! The chicken sandwich was just as delicious as the pizza! The chicken was fried to perfection (almost as good as my grandma makes… but don’t tell her I said that) and the buffalo sauce added a welcoming kick to an already amazing sandwich! The cherry on top was washing this delicious meal down with an ice cold pint of Czech dark lager. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting and while you’re there ask for Kerry, she will treat you right.
We have recently visited Triple Crossing Brewery in Midlothian and had an amazing experience! The shishito peppers were cooked to perfection and the draft beer selection was excellent. Fried chicken burger was tasty, The Falcon IPA was a great choice and I definitely recommend it. The interior was spacious and well-decorated, and the deck with fireplaces overlooking small pond was a great touch. Highly recommend this brewery!
Great outdoor seating area. It’s also kid friendly. The menu is nothing fancy, but it sure does the trick if you’re in the mood for pizza, wings, salads, or burgers, etc. the service was great. It’s consistently like this each time I come. The beer is great. Good selection. I’m a fan of falcon smash! It’s a really tasty IPA with a citrusy type taste. I’d like to see a cider on the menu some day.

I highly recommend this establishment and location. First, SmashFalcon is a delicious craft beer and one of my favorites. I typically am not a fan. I also don’t really eat meat much, but every now and then I want a burger, so this is where I treat myself to one. Although they’re known for their pizza! The outdoor seating is very pleasant and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their beer. Check it out, you’ll have a pleasant experience.
Happy hour was great! Last Broadcast is great at $5, Green Dreams is another of my favorites along with Falcon smash. Blistered shushito peppers were a nice healthy welcome!! Jessica and Vee take great care and interest in thier guests...can't wait to come back for the pizza, fries, and fried chicken sandwich(with inferno sauce--shhhh, that's a secret), etc. and great folks!!
