Not very good, tasted like reheated meat. I threw it all away! Waste of money. Ordered extra beef and cheese, received neither! Not fresh at all. This restaurant has really gone down it use to be sooo good. What a shame!

Love this place every time I come here they take care of me and my family 10 star.

The waitress was good, but the food was terrible. The queso was lukewarm and had very little flavor. The bowl was hot, so they had probably microwaved it. The chicken tasted like rotisserie chicken. It didn't have any seasoning either. Our enchiladas didn't have any enchilada sauce.

I used to go to Trini and Carmen’s all the time. We had a horrible experience tonight. We waited over an hour for our food and when we asked for more chips the waitress told us the food was coming right out and we waited another 25 minutes. So no chips…. The table next to us with 6 people got one small basket of chips and when they asked for more the waitress ignored their request. One of the people got Beef Enchiladas and said it tasted horrible and was very chewy.. She ate very little of her meal. The manager came over and could have cared less. She said you ordered this you pay for this. I got chicken quesadillas and asked for onion to be added. The waitress said it came with onions.. no onions and when I took a bite of the quesadilla oil was pouring out. Again the manager could care less. The waitress was over worked and I only saw 2 waitresses for the entire restaurant. There are enough Mexican restaurants with higher quality food and better service so this one is off my list forever.

Came in to get a carryout. Bartender was very courteous and made sure I was greeted when I came in. He also offered me a menu and a glass of water while waiting. I decided on a nacho and the bartender was helpful in my options. The food was ready very swift and looks scrumptious! Piping hot and ready to eat. Will come back again.

Long time customer but will never be back. Our waitress was very rude, did not know the menu, everything was slow. The table next to us got their food and the only beef dish at the table tasted bad so they asked for a manager. The waitress came back and said the manager was not comping the food and was not coming out. The customer told her to get the manager again, when the manager came out she had attitude and refused to comp the dish. Our food came out and all of our beef dishes tasted like soap. (No cilantro in them) I did not ask for the manager after seeing how she treated the other people. I called back today to talk to another manager only to find out the "manager" last night was the owner. My jaw dropped when I heard that. I will never be back.

The most awful experience that we have had at a restaurant in a long time. Service was awful, beef tasted like soap and was tough, the manager would not take food off the bill even though it was not eaten, The manager said that we tasted the food, therefore she wouldn’t take it off the bill. We waited for over an hour for our food. First time ever that we have had such an awful experience while dining. Will never go back there.

Bad food, Unsanitary, Smelly. Useless manager RON made it a NEVER AGAIN after 51yrs for our family. We have supported Trini's since, during and after they caused the nations worst outbreak of botulism in 1977. 35 people hospitalized. Looks like history may repeat itself again with (hang up the phone on you) useless manager RON at the helm. If tell him your concerns you will be sent on a goose chase calling back asking for people that don't exist. Just a routine useless RON uses so he doesn't have to deal with his responsibilities. After going through the ordeal useless RON created, we now know problems here run deep. He is extremely rude, no help at all and if you try to convey your concerns for their benefit he will just hang up. We ordered 3 nachos carryout, 2 chicken 1 beef. Chips were stale, tough and dry. There was about a cup of what looked and tasted like frozen cubed chicken on top of the chips and cheese melted over that. All the normal toppings were missing. There were no tomatoes, onions or green peppers. Every bite was dry and flavorless. With only two tiny cups of salsa for the whole nacho there wasn't much we could do about it. We aborted the chicken nacho in hope the beef would be better. It was slightly less dry due to the grease from the beef. Again no toppings at all. Just stale chips with a small amount of ground beef and cheese on top. We doused the chips with the two tiny cups of salsa to no avail. Still unedible without the toppings. We opened the third nacho Just as bad as the first. Upon closer inspection we could see what looked like mold on the edges and bottoms of some of the chips. No wonder they were so tough stale and hard to chew. Disgusted knowing we had probably just eaten a lot of mold we threw away all three. Google prompted me to leave a review. I thought gosh our family is always loved this place. We have come here for all our milestones, celebrations, birthdays, graduations our whole lives and we love Trinis. I can't write an unfavorable review without giving them a chance to make it right. I called monday. My concerns were not well received. The person on the phone lambasted me for not calling back the same day. I explained they were closed after we threw away their food, rebought and went to our event. I could tell this person was not going to be any help and asked for the manager. Useless RON said. "I am the manager" and offered to give us back $10 on our $90 order. I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to. Useless RON said yes "call back Mon after 11 and ask for the office manager" I called at 11:10 and was told the office manager was gone for the day. I said no problem could you take my number and have them call me back. No one did. Two weeks later I called back. Ron answered. I told him I had completed his hoop jumping and no one has contacted me. He chewed me out and said I was yelling at him and if I didn't yell at him he would have solved the problem. (I never yelled at him) No need, I was just trying to fix a bad carry order. Not a big deal. Useless manager RON hung up on me. Wow! Great job solving the problem RON! When a guest of any business voices their concerns for the benefit of that business and the manager hangs up. They should be fired. I started looking at the other recent reviews on Google. Wish I had read them before I placed my order. 1 star Strong foul smell. 1 star Mold on food. 1 star We threw all our food away. 1 star Hung up in my face. 1 star Long-time customer will never be back Sounds familiar. People must be complaining all day long which is why useless RON just hangs up. If they can't keep the front where guests are clean and functioning can you imagine what the back looks like? Walk in fridge/freezer food prep stations. Robert Irvine would have a hayday. They are just riding on the coat tails of the hard-working crew before their time. It's only a matter of time before they close. So keep your memories of how Trinis used to be in your head and your wallet in your pocket. Don't waste your a penny of your hard earned money here.
