My husband and I just spent a long weekend at Trilith Guesthouse; we checked out this morning. The experience was disappointing for sure. It's a Marriott property which usually means it should have high standards. Our room temp was warm. We tried to lower the AC to no avail. We sweated during our sleep. To top it off our toilet was a low flow toilet and would barely flush. We spoke to front desk people and maintenance manager. They seemed friendly enough. However the problem of the toilet remained throughout our stay. We chose not to move rooms - our choice. The temp of the room was slightly lowered. We barely felt the fan moving air. This hotel is under a year old. It seems the standards for the building were low and cheap. I cannot believe Marriott has their stamp of approval on it. I would never recommend and I would never go back. The main ladies restroom on main floor - the soap dispensers were not working and they placed a dial pump soap (watered down) by one of the sinks. This shows the quality of construction; it's not even a year old.

The staff was great! From the valet attendant to the housekeeping personnel. Special thanks to Tia and Tiara who went above and beyond during our stay. We arrived early and were accommodated with early check-in. The room was clean and cozy. Fully stocked with snacks and drinks. We enjoyed breakfast downstairs and would definitely recommend if you prefer to stay in the hotel rather than going out. There are also a few nice restaurants close by within walking distance.

Had dinner to go and when I went to eat the burger, it was all wrong! On top of that, the fries were cold, the burger was burnt! I called the front desk to see what they could do to make this right and one of the managers said yeah we can make it right only tonight. I said we are staying another night. Can you just put this as a credit for the room and put that towards our dinner for tomorrow night. He said nope, tonight! With an extremely rude attitude and abrasive voice towards me, over food!!! Extremely poor service and unprofessionalism, along with an attitude towards your guests, that pay a lot of money to stay here. You would think an establishment in Trilith would hire only the best of the best. Beyond disappointed that this is how people are treated at this hotel!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Trileth Guesthouse. Well appointed, spacious rooms and bathrooms with beautiful lobby and social areas. Great staff as well, Lena, Sarah, and others at the front desk were great! And Jordan provided great, attentive service at the hotel's bar.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Guesthouse, and I must say, it was such a nice experience. The cocktails are excellent. My favorite was the margarita. The perfect balance of tangy lime, cucumber, cilantro infused tequila, and a hint of sweetness made it incredibly refreshing and delicious. If you're a margarita lover, this is a must-try. The food was also tasty, but what truly set the experience apart was the exceptional service. The Food and Beverage Manager, Mr. Johnson, was outstanding. His warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel like VIPs. He checked in on us frequently, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring that everything was to our liking. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality were second to none. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. Five stars!

This hotel is very nice and we certainly wanted to love it on our first visit. However, don’t expect to get much sleep on the weekends as families (including small kids) are loud in the hallways well after midnight and loud once in their rooms up until 1:00-2:00 am. Loud adults also congregate in the courtyard until almost midnight as well. The rooms are well insulated from noise but banging on the floor from guests in the room above continued past midnight. It was also impossible to get into the pool on Friday and Saturday as small kids filled it all day and well into the evening.

Very nice hotel overall but my issue is the air conditioning. We had a guy come look at it but there was no improvement. The maintenance man was trying his best. However he told us these smart hotels are controlled downstairs so your thermostat is for looks the room would not go below 72. I get that y’all want to save money with the smart ideas but Ga is not the place to control ac when it’s such a hot and humid place. We also have a toddler we usually keep our house at 67 at night so it was very hot to us. Just be mindful of that if you book here the thermostat won’t actually allow you to adjust it. It just sucks cause this was a 4 hour drive and the hotel is so nice the food is great the people are nice. They need to relax on air conditioning controlling temps and this would be 5 stars. Update: I went back, to give the hotel another shot as I do believe mistakes happen. My new room had working air conditioning and was cool enough for us to sleep and allowed us to adjust temperature! Again all of the hotel employees are very kind and very caring about your needs! Definitely will be back!

The hotel is in an excellent location - diner across the street, multiple restaurants and retail shop options (clothing, bookstore, mini grocery). There are several walking trails/greenspaces that wind through the community, including a lovely lake behind the hotel. From valet to check in, service at the hotel was very attentive. My experience at the bar was very slow, but I think the person working was newly hired. The food to order at the bar was delicious, my burger was cooked perfectly. My room was spacious with expansive views of the lake. Mini bar was not so mini, awesome snack options. And the rooftop (5th floor) bar was a nice space.
