My 2017 imac was excruciatingly slow. (I'd get a cup of coffee when I opened an app, and it still might not be open when I got back. aaaaauuuugggh) Mitch diagnosed it correctly, replaced the failing drive with a solid state one, and voila!!! Works like a charm. So, so happy with Mitch at Tricom.

I have had consistently good experiences with TRICOM over the years. When my old iMac crashed and I was told at the Apple store it would cost me several thousand dollars to recover all my data, TRICOM was able to repair my unit and save all the data for just a fraction of that cost. I have been going back ever since with my laptop, my iPad and my phone. I notice TRICOM is also selling some very nice high quality drones. Going there definitely beats the hassle of parking and dealing with Providence Mall.

I recently had a great experience at TRICOM. I had the logic board of my MacBook Pro replaced and all of my data was wiped at the Apple Store. I had backed everything up via Time Machine but halfway through data transfer my external hard drive malfunctioned. I returned to the apple store, but they were unable to help so I went to TRICOM. Within a half hour, the extremely friendly and helpful staff helped be retrieve data from an old laptop computer that no longer powered up by removing the hard drive (and a lot of screws) and putting it into an enclosure. I only had to pay for the enclosure case for the hard drive. For all future problems with my Apple electronics, I will definitely go to TRICOM and not the Apple store. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Furthermore, the location is a lot less crowded than the Apple store. Thus, I highly recommend TRICOM.

I purchased a used Macbook Pro Retina from TRICOM and had a great buying experience. TRICOM provided details about the previous owner's use, cleaned the machine up nicely, and even repackaged it. It was shipped to me promptly and with tracking and signature confirmation.

I've used TRICOM for my MAC needs for many years now, and once again they saved the day (and my data). When both my main storage and backup drives became unreadable at the same time, containing nearly 4TB of data of my clients files, I became stressed to say the least. I explained my situation and symptoms to TRICOM, left the computer and drive over the course of a long weekend and upon my return,... voila, they had found the culprit and resorted my files to a usable state. Thanks again TRICOM. Great work. I have no qualms in recommending TRICOM to anyone requiring Apple/MAC service.

It is rare to get the superb service that was provided by Tricom. They helped me with trading in an old trusty computer and making sure my new replacement ran with no problems. They also upgraded my desktop model and made sure I had no issues. What a great experience finding such knowledgeable business people who treat you like you are special. Fantastic service. Hard drive failure on my 8 year old Imac. Quoted a price over the phone and when I picked it up the next day thats what I payed, no surprise extra charges. Replaced it with a better hard drive and reloaded the OS. A little bit of a drive from MA, but worth the trip. Highly recommend them for quality of service and speed for Apple repairs.
