We contracted Tri City Tech to install our video surveillance system at our new dispensary in downtown Bay City and they did a terrific job at least 10% lower cost than the other bids we received. Dakota is very reachable anytime we have questions arise and has even come out a couple times to help us train new managers. We HIGHLY recommend Tri City Tech!!!

The owner of this business, Jon Marc Brown, agreed to fix a laptop in June of 2019. It is now March of 2020, and he still has the computer and has not responded to any calls, emails, texts since August of 2020. I would avoid doing business with this company as I'm sure there will be criminal charges filed shortly.
