This was the best hotel experience I have ever had. The service was top notch, threading the needle between attentive and not overbearing. The room was immaculate, spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. Wonderful sleep because the bed was so comfortable and the room was dark, quiet, and just the right temperature. The bathroom was gorgeous. And the breakfast, my God. Best breakfast I have ever had. So incredibly hard to leave and crash back to earth after staying here. Totally worth the splurge for such an incredible experience. Just perfection, start to finish.

The service staff at the Tributary Hotel is second to none. Their attention to detail is stellar. From the car valet to the escort to their delicious restaurant Okta, our needs were anticipated and met before we spoke. I work in the luxury industry, and since COVID-19, service has lacked due to a shortage of staff and/or training. This is not the case at Tributary. Each and every employee was pleasant, knowledgeable, and on task. We could not have wished for better service. On top of that, the room was spacious and well-appointed, and the bathtub was divine. All in all, Tributary is a fantastic place to stay in McMinnville, Oregon.

I haven't even checked in yet, but the customer service is totally on point...I feel genuinely embraced! Stefanie was a absolute delight...I wish all hospitality encounters were this amazing...Her ability to anticipate and follow through is an incredible talent. Also shout out to Nailah who was exceptional in her knowledge of everything and so professional. Thanks as well to Grace and Reyn.||Just checked in and I can say definitively that this hotel has by far the most superlative customer service of any place I have ever stayed anywhere in the world..||I was given a tour prior to checking in, and had an opportunity to see the kitchen staff, meet the chef, etc..||Every single question I had was answered to extreme satisfaction...||They have anticipated any customer request in advance. So anything you ask for is possible.....||Only eight rooms, each one tastefully decorated.... No detail has been left out... In fact I would say that they have thought of everything.... Whomever renovated the building and designed the interiors should win an award...||Elegant glassware from Denmark, locally made ceramics in the bathroom, locally made pour over coffee makers in the kitchen, local coffees and teas, complementary snacks brought to your room throughout the day handmade with your own dietary restrictions...||The basement bar and the main restaurant make you feel like you're in the Four Seasons hotel in Tokyo...||As a hospitality designer of 35 years, I loved the color palette and honest raw materials like solid oak tables throughout the space.... They sourced from small furniture makers in Portland and in Brooklyn for their furniture... So smart..... There was not one chair or bar stool out of place!||But what really made the experience so memorable was the fact that everything was exactly where it should be.....||A visual merchandiser's dream.....|Every towel is perfectly folded, bath salts ready to put into the luxurious tub, no up charges for snacks and drinks that are beautifully displayed....||They knew that I wanted to tour architecturally significant wineries so they put a list together of places for me to see and called ahead to make reservations for me without me even realizing it...||The owners should be complimented on their commitment to excellence. It's very rare that I've seen a place that needs nothing changed or updated. It's perfect exactly the way it is.... And I've never ever said that..||How do you keep your sheets so soft and white? the best sleep....

Excellent staff, concierge (grace), great food (Okta) and great suites! Location is amazing as well. Only place to stay in Oregon wine country!||Loved everything about our experience here from the valet when we arrived all the way through our amazing dining experience at Okta and the recommendations of their concierge Grace. ||Incredible suite and service to go with it. Breakfast was also incredible:)

We visited the Tributary for 3 nights/4 days with our best friends for my husband’s birthday. We love hotels and travel and have stayed in many amazing places around the world. The Tributary is our new favorite hotel, ever. It is a destination hotel more than worth a cross country trip.||I have never seen a team as smart, communicative, and knowledgeable as the Tributary team. Stefani planned a 3 day tasting agenda that was perfect in every way. Just do what she says without question. That’s my advice - she was right every time. Reyn (who is also on the executive leadership team) drove us around to wineries and answered every question we had about everything! Okta was beyond incredible, which I’m sure is obvious from other reviews. One thing I will say is - don’t skip the wine pairing. It’s the best we’ve ever had. Ron is a genius. Also, breakfast is seriously everything.||There were wonderful surprises for us every day. No spoilers - I hope everyone can enjoy their stay with the same excitement and delight we had. The experiences at this hotel are incredibly personalized. Honestly, it’s hard to believe they can pull this off. ||This is truly a special occasion worthy hotel. I feel so lucky to have stayed there and hope to be back!

Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. Service impeccable and just amazing food! We will definitely come back as many times as possible! We loved the wine cellar and the wonderful tour of the back stage production of the meals.

Stefani Staats was truly exceptional! Stefani went above and beyond to make our stay truly the best hotel experience that my husband and I have ever had. The staff was also incredibly attentive and our dinner experience was beyond special. Stefani and her staff did not miss a beat from the time we arrived until we departed.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at...we loved every minute of our stay at Tributary. We were on a much-needed getaway and it was perfect. Hannah was immensely helpful in arranging a wine-tasting itinerary for us as well as dinner reservations so that all details were taken care of in advance of our arrival. Dinner at Okta was spectacular and perfect for my husband's birthday. The staff were caring and attentive to details, no matter how small, including knowing our wine tasting itinerary so that they knew when to have our car available without our having to ask. Having your needs anticipated and met in the friendliest possible way was wonderful - need extra coffee? it's there, ready to be made in my new favorite coffee maker by Ratio. We're already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to everyone who made our visit so special.
