Trianon Bonita Bay - Hotel in Bonita Springs - 3401 Bay Commons Dr, USA

I have stayed at the Trianon at least 5 or 6 different times. It is a very cute, clean, boutique-style hotel right next to the promenade area in Bonita Springs. The rooms are sufficient for short term stays. The a/c works well. The bathrooms are huge with large, plush, white towels. The beds are comfy with a pleasant laundry detergent scent on the sheets. The only negative is that a few times there have been sugar ants all over the room. You cannot leave one speck of food out, not even a cough drop or a Tums. We keep everything in the fridge. Once they come out, the ants are hard to get rid of. Also, the hotel really should get rid of the carpet in the rooms. Florida is so hot and humid and damp. The rooms with have such a cleaner feel! ||This past trip two of the staff members really stood out- Addison and Doug. Addison went above and beyond to help my husband that was struggling with a business deal and a deadline and was in need of a scanner. Doug was always very helpful and pleasant and accommodating. Thanks to you both!||The pool area is very lovely here and there are two restaurants on site. Nothing special about the fitness center. I wish there was a regular treadmill. ||All in all, this is a very affordable, clean, and delightful hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for a relaxing weekend for his 60th birthday and it was just that. Very nice accommodations. Clean, good service and nice view of lake. A lot to do in the area. Right next to mall with lots of shopping and great restaurants. We massages at a nearby hotel that were amazing. This hotel was well worth the very reasonable price. So glad we chose it. Will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities however we felt a little judged with our young children in the pool.. almost as though they were a bother to the elderly people tanning & reading.. We chose to hardly go swimming which was disappointing. It was most definitely not a kid or family friendly hotel. Our kids were the only children there for 6 days so the family reviews I read were very off. We also were not able to have an early check in which was also a little disappointing knowing we were staying 6 days 5 nights and we were told over the phone by a lady the week before she put it in our notes. Rooms were a lot smaller than we had thought we reserved - but gorgeous shower!

We have stayed here every year for 4 years with my teens and absolutely love it! It's small and quaint yet elegant. Nice rooms, large bathroom, beautiful pool and property. 25 minutes from the airport. Food within walking distance at DeRomo's. Ten minutes from the beach. Entertainment several nights a week next door at the Promenade. Can't wait to return!

A very nice building with two good restaurants. Quinn at the front desk made the stay outstanding and was even kind enough to show available rooms and get me checked in. Very professional young man; if he isn't management, he should be.

Positive: Proximity to everything we needed to see and do. Negative: A hotel that has an average cost room rate of approximately $--- night should have better breakfast options. On our return trip to Atlanta, we stayed at a Fairfield Inn at a rate of $--- and theirs was better. Negative: ""

The rooms are nice and the hotel is beautiful, it was clean but didn’t have breakfast unfortunately… the hotel staff was nice expect for this one person Doug he just had an attitude the entire time in person and on the phone and then he’ll tell you “ well you can just leave “ if you don’t understand something etc. I stayed for 3 nights.
