I always thought this mall was a bit empty and run down because of the covid season. Nope, turns out it's the mall management. I like to bring my kids here to play in the interior play area, but it's absolutely disgusting. I've complained (or tried to) to the mall management that there is trash and debris in the kids play area on more than 1 occasion. The rude lady wouldn't answer any of my questions or see me in person but just yelled at me over the intercom that they would send someone to clean it up. That was 2 months ago, and the same trash is still sitting on the floor and seats that was here when I visited in September. God only knows if someone has ever cleaned it in years. It's honestly a health hazard. I've talked to the security officers as well and they told me anything you tell to management just falls on deaf ears. That's so sad. This mall has the ability to be really nice. But it's terrible. It's dirty as heck and retail keeps leaving because people don't want to be here. They don't have a single Christmas decoration up. They just don't care.
A nice mall, but the other malls in the area are a little nicer. Still plenty big and still has some desirable stores. It’s too bad some of the storefronts are empty.
Nice place to walk, do shopping, eat with family, and simply enjoy the ambience. Very wide parking space. Some shops closed down but many shops and stores are wide open. This mall is very clean.
I went to Raleigh Retro Gamers Market @ Triangle Town Center mall in Raleigh nc,it was awesome, took some pictures of games & systems there! Got to play Mario game on Nintendo switch for free play. It was epic! On a Saturday afternoon on 8-19-23 with my family,it was great & I had a blast there, look forward to see more soon! Took my nephew Jett to the mall with my mom & my sister on Monday morning 9-4-23 Labor Day,he got to play @ play area!
To all those whom are Neurospicy. They made a mall just for us! Lights didn't hurt. No loud music. No huge crowds. And all the geeky places. FyE and game stop. Spencer's and torrid. And a few anime/fan shops. And it's was extremely nice. So anyone who is like me and has sensory issues this is our kinda place. I was able to enjoy the experience so much and this was during the holiday shopping crazy.
Comeback story: The death of the shopping mall is greatly exaggerated... FIVE STARS for Triangle Town Center in Raleigh at US #1 and I-540. What a great place to walk, talk, meet, shop, eat, and visit. Love the HVAC during the brutal summer and the heat in the wintertime. Best department store is Dillard's (extensive quality stock and great staff). BTW, kids can ride the train in the mall on the lower level. Great box stores and strip centers surround Triangle Town Center.
I've been going to this mall ever since it opened when I was a kid. I've always been a fan of the food court which is still what I come back for. Though the mall may not be as pretty as it used to it will forever hold a special place in my heart. Thanks for the good memories Triangle Town Center :)
This place has some sentimental value to me although it's been in decline for many years. I always liked coming at Christmas since they had the same Christmas decorations since I was a kid. This last December for the first time I can remember there were no Christmas decorations. I guess they're cutting costs and didn't pay anybody to put them up this time around. For a long time people speculated that this mall would close down for good but with all the apartments they're building around it, maybe it'll manage to get by

Yum! I got the cold brew and it was rich and robust and creamy without the need for milk or creamer to be added! I also nabbed the last croissant for the day and it has a lovely texture and flavor. Service was polite and the place felt clean. I enjo
