Trestles Coastal Cuisine - Seafood restaurant in Castle Rock - 880 W Happy Canyon Rd STE 150, USA

We were not planning on going to Trestles this evening but the other restaurant was already booked by 5:30pm. We were immediately seated when we walked in. Miranda was our server. The restaurant could have been a little brighter but I know a lot enjoy a darker atmosphere in the evenings. We split up some of the appetizers - Oysters Aglio and Oysters España. Both were delicious. I debated over a couple of entrées and settled on the Ostrich with Lingonberry berries and spiced rum sauce and he had Shrimp Cavatappi. The ostrich was cooked yo perfection and the sauce was a great complement. We split a dessert with chilled Sambuca.

We were surprised in a good way to find such treasure. Everything we ordered was great. Balance in taste, beautiful place and atmosphere. If anything, I will feel better if they can cover the desserts on the dessert cart. Highly recommend the cream puff. It's cooked perfectly, covered with chocolate inside and outside. Lamb taco and salmon taco were great. Those are not big in size but satisfying nonetheless. Kudos!

Great spot in a little strip mall Castle Pines, CO. I took my wife here for her birthday. It was a Sunday evening. I had reservations (strongly recommended). We were seated quickly by a very nice hostess. Eventually, the gentleman working the bar came up and asked if we wanted anything to drink. We both asked for water to start. Once he got back, I ordered a bourbon, while my wife had a pinot noir. The waiter/bartender eventually came back and took our order. We started with the Cordon Bleu Oysters. Well prepared and recommended. Eventually, our waiter/bartender came back to take our order. My wife ordered the lobster tail, and I ordered the filet rare. Food came out, and my wife commented on the fantastic presentation and prepared food. I agreed with the presentation, I would have preferred the filet be a little more well, but it was a good cut and tasted fantastic! Our waiter came back surprisingly quickly to ask how everything was, and we let him know fantastic. We finished dinner and waited quite some time for a return visit (at this point, the restaurant was fairly empty). We were asked about dessert and told that the pastry chef prepares each day a limited number of servings, and we should call ahead next time to reserve what we want (note taken and understood). We were provided the bill, and then waited, waited, and waited for the waiter/bartender to return for payment. Then we waited and waited and waited for him to return again. I'm guessing the Sunday evening regulars at the bar were more entertaining and important than we. Just wondering why the other two waiters (on whom appeared to have only one large table, and the other who had multiple couples didn't wait on us?). Overall. Food - highly recommended!

This place is so amazing. The staff is friendly and provides really awesome service. The food is incredible. Definitely a fine dining experience tucked right into Castle Rock and Castle Pines. The food and drinks are made with attention to detail and the flavors are always on point! I try something new nearly every time I’m in and have yet to be disappointed! Favorites so far for me are… 🦀 Crab cakes 🌊 Sea Scallop BLT 🍑 Peach Cosmo, Margarita, or Old Fashioned 🐔 Chicken Piccata 🦐 Shrimp Scampi Also $1 Oysters on Monday 😍 and I love that making reservations is available but not always necessary Also deserts are made in house from scratch and I cave every time the desert cart comes around!!! Cream Puffs every time.

We had breakfast at Trestles and they do a great job. I had the Laguna Benedict with avocado and arugula and it was quite delicious. Service was attentive, no waiting for your coffee to get refreshed, and it wasn't any more expensive than IHOP for superior quality.

My family and I were visiting from Miami, FL. This was our first visit to Colorado, and I can honestly say that our experience at Trestles makes every other restaurant experience that I’ve had feel subpar! If you’re in Colorado this is a MUST EAT. Trestles offered us an incredible blend of both exquisite food, and impeccable service, with incredible attention to detail. Blake was our waiter and he was AMAZING! He made us feel so welcomed and excited to dine! He was enthusiastic and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Trestles has a beautiful coastal ambiance; I would give this restaurant way more then 5 stars if I could. We were craving seafood and boy, the seafood did not disappoint. It was so FRESH!!! Our family left raving about the food and commenting on how it was the best restaurant we’d eaten on our entire trip. We can’t wait to come back to Colorado, and believe me, we’ll be coming back for the food at Trestles! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and memory! We would 100% recommend and have already told ALL our friends and family!

I Love This Place. Cute little restaurant in Castle Pines. I have been a few times and always had delicious 😋 food and Great Service. My last visit, it seemed a little cold 🥶 in the restaurant but might have been hard to keep the restaurant warm with it only being like 6 degrees out. My dinner though was Delicious 😋. Ate it super fast so it wouldn't get cold!!!

I came here for the first time and it was wonderful! I had the country benedict. Delicious and moderately priced. Wonderful wine selection. Jessica was my server and Brad as well. Both were very courteous and provided excellent service! Atmosphere is great!
