Very nice staff and don't put up with any trash or people that are trouble or cause problems! Great rates and great areas! Traffic is always terrible on Manchester rd tho I hate that part but hotel is great

The family that own this business are wonderful and respectful people. I wouldn't trade it in for the world. Room always clean, they always treat you with great kindness. May Good bless them.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was fine. Basic room. My room was clean and the place is convenient too many places. The price is terrific and the people that run the place are very nice and accommodating. I've stayed at higher end places for travel, and have seen dirty rooms. And problem residents. This is worth the money. I never had any issues here and no I didn't see any bad stuff, and if I did well, that's everywhere when u have a lot of people in an area. What do you expect, a nursing home, Lol!! To sum up, great staff, good basic room., terrific Price!

Listen the only good reviews you see on here are from the owner's and employees ordered persuaded to leave a good review. This place had the most cockroaches of any place I've been to date. Not to mention the cum stains on the wall by the bed yuck! And the blood stains on the walls in the bathroom sink area. Nothing in the room worked themanaher barely speaks English and is quick to tell you NO. O can Express enough how disgusting this place is.. NASTY

Absolutely horrible. I stayed 2 days out of the week I had purchased. I was bitten multiple times from bugs. I took pictures of the bugs as well as the huge gap under the door allowing a constant air flow of cold air and bugs into the room at all times. I also took pictures of the shoe print on the wall that was there from a previous guest( I'm assuming from killing a bug) and a picture showing that something had been splattered on one of the walls by another guest and hadn't been cleaned before I was given the room. I went in today, to return the key to the room and asked for a refund, was told no and get out. I video taped the encounter with the family operating the hotel, and the fact that all the the pictures were shown them as well as the bites on my body, and they still refused to refund me. I am now at the hospital cause the bites hurt so badly and constantly itch, and now I have multiple open sores that are possibly infected. I am contacting the health department as well as a lawyer now. I urge you all DO NOT STAY HERE! Another thing worth mentioning, I never asked for any room service, but while I was gone, someone went into my room and went through all of my belongings, while they "cleaned" the room.

Very gross! The walls have "water" marks/stains all over them, sprayed blood on the ceiling and the beds, bed covers and floors smelt like urine. House keeping is one day a week for new sheets only and they would come another separate day to drop off fresh towels. No daily cleaning for the rooms that are rented. They couldn't accommodate for their guests needs when complaints were made, only suggesting a refund telling customers to go somewhere else. The electrical outlets and lights are definitely a fire hazard. None of the refrigerators in any of the rooms work. The plumbing is leaky and not properly installed. Most importantly, there was an issue of a small DRILLED out hole found in the room window. Highly suggest NOT giving Trends Motel your hard earned money, as these people hardly appreciate your business.

I've stayed here a few times. The buildings themselves are old, but the operators have kept them clean and made genuine efforts to update, maybe not with the latest and greatest, but with reliable and working equipment. The showers have hot water, the sinks work, the toilets flush, the rooms typically have a bed, a desk and a chair or two, a TV with cable, a minifridge and a microwave. The beds aren't great but the linens are clean. All in all, if you just need a place to crash or still live with your parents and need a place to hook up, this place is worth the $50. (Well, $55 up front, but $5 of that is a key deposit and refunded on return of the key. Which is fair.)

No wife at all . Customer service watch every your move. Check out at 11 on the dot. Be careful if you nicked and its 11 be ready for show. I was niked at 11 and office women opened the door with out knocking and I had no clothes at all and she walked in and start cleaning the room.... horrible. I never experienced something like that...
