My son told me about this computer shop while high school Druid Hill High. He now is got 16yrs in the military, Military intelligence. When had moved here from Madison. He was my little computer head I would say Mr. Intelligence. We always got our computers fix here. He is the only person I will let fix my computer, or by a use one from. He is the computer doctor have sent in customers. I highly recommend. He even offered coming to my home to fix my computer He gives you family feeling all around, great guy.

I brought an all-in-one HP pavilion in here which was showing signs of a dying hard drive. Sukra (who has been there 22 years!) was able to transfer the data to an SSD drive and the computer is working perfectly again. I don't know if he is always this fast, but I was able to pick it up the next morning. I highly recommend this business!

I dropped by yesterday after freaking out because I accidentally knocked my laptop over and it was no longer charging properly. Sukru helped diagnose the issue right away and I was able to buy the exact cord that I needed (it has been working great so far). My laptop has several other issues and when I inquired about some of them, he was transparent about what he could and could not fix, and the prices he mentioned were reasonable. Very knowledgeable and also calm. I will definitely return in the future once I have time to have some things repaired.

Great service. They were unable to do the kind of risky/complicated repair that my laptop required, but were able to provide a workaround which should extend its life. Most importantly, they treated me with respect and did not talk down to me as a young woman - unfortunately difficult to find in tech repair, and very appreciated!

I made some upgrades to my laptop (SSD hard drive and memory). When I turned it on, the screen wasn’t working correctly. I took my Dell laptop to the store and told the owner what was happening with the laptop. He diagnosed the problem for me and gave me the option to either fix the existing laptop or get a refurbished laptop. I decided to go with the refurbished laptop because I was in the market for a refurbished laptop. My plan was to buy two laptops, one for myself and another to fix the problem I created. Now I don’t need another laptop. The refurbished laptop I got from the owner works perfectly. He upgraded the memory, and he made the SSD hard drive from my Dell laptop an external hard drive. I highly recommend going to this store. I’m glad I did. The owner was knowledgeable, diagnosed my laptop issues and gave me solid recommendations.

My computer malfunctioned last month and I took it to Sukru. Within 10 minutes he was able to diagnose the issue, and gave me a couple of options to either repair it or retrieve the data from the harddrive. I ultimately chose not to repair it, since I knew I wanted to get a new computer soon. Most importantly, he was able to retrieve my old files that were so important to me!!!
