Great store, wonderful salespeople/mechanics, awesome product, a no-fuss deal that went smoothly from beginning to end, love my new bike!!

The folks here are amazing, but then again I’ve never had a bad experience at a Trek store! I took my road bike in for the complimentary one year tune -up after the year was technically up and no one blinked an eye! They were beyond gracious and willing to set me up with the tune up at no charge. Because of this, I decided to also get my handlebar tape and water bottle cages replaced and they ordered the color I wanted from California and honored the sale price! The guys here are just nice in general. Kyle even gave me a replacement cable free of charge when I told him that I’d lost mine in a series of moves. Bonus- - Anthony coordinates the annual Ardmore Rock ‘n Ride event, so they really do a lot to connect cyclists to group events and to the community in general, which I absolutely love ❤️ I participated in the Rock ‘n Ride last year for the first time and it was great. An awesome all day family event.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. They really helped me out in a pinch. When no other bike shop could help me find the specific child seat attachment that I was looking for, this crew tracked one down and had it delivered to their store next day…at no extra cost! They are real pros. Will go back again for future service even though I do not live close to the store. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable too.
