This is an amazing attraction. This is not the hidden gem, but the sparkling gem of Disney Animal Kingdom. From the Winged Encounters show in the morning with exotic birds shooting by six inches from your head, to the light show painting every square inch of the tree at night, this tree is… full of life! There are hundreds of animal carvings throughout the massive trunk of the tree. There are also hidden trails that allow you to walk up to and around the tree. Check it out if you’re in AK.
Of all the Disney Parks, Animal Kingdom isn't one of my favorites. However, whenever we come here the one thing that I know I'm going to love seeing is the Tree of Life. It's so enormous and impressive everytime I get to see it. The artists did a fantastic job of creating it and trying to incorporate all of the animals found at the park. It's always a great sight to see and I truly appreciate the scope of the endeavour they took to put it together!
The Tree of Life is an absolute gorgeous centerpiece to represent Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park! Such intricate detail went into every inch of this remarkable piece! You have to love the process of thought, design and presentation. Be sure to have a closer look!
We’ve come to see the tree of life multiple times now. Every time we are impressed. It’s so beautiful and amazing. We love the bird show they do next to it.
What an amazing piece of art! The detail on this this art is amazing and is definitely a must visit place if you go to Disney and Animal Kingdom. This was a great park overall and the rides were amazing!
Spectacular -- breathtaking. You have to take the garden path to see these sights, but it is nice as it takes u behind a waterfall and it is pretty secluded. Get some great photos towards late afternoon you get that solar flare and dramatic lighting
This is what Disney makes Disney. The tree is not for nothing the center piece of this park. Inside the tree many different species are carved into the roots. You should definitely go up close and discover these small details for yourself!
For those who are "grossed out" by 6 or 8-legged creatures of the flying or crawling kind, this may not be the attraction for you, as parts of it can get a bit intense. [The creatures aren't real, but the special effects make it seem so.]

This is a good one to ride if youâve never rode it. It relatively inexpensive and the views are pretty dang good. There is an option to have the ride narrated. This option points out local attractions and goes over the history of the area as well.
