A restaurant that hits on all areas- providing a great overview experience at a reasonable price. Solid quality, nice atmosphere for meetings and prices are spot on. Great salads - I'll pass on the French Onion soup next time. Definitely a place to keep on my radar for future lunch meetings. Enjoyed the 1st experience and do plan to return.

(See edit at bottom) I know they just changed ownership so I will try again in a month or so. But last night's dinner was one if the worst dining experiences i have had in years. We were seated rather quickly, which was nice. We then waited 20 minutes for a server to take our drink order. 10 minutes later, the drinks show up. My Manhattan was weak and watery. Possibly, it was good when made, but judging by the melted ice, it sat a while before being delivered. My wife ordered a petite filet, rare. I ordered the New York strip, med rare. My wife had to send hers back as it was very overcooked. My medium rare was medium well. It had take so long to get our meal that I decided to keep mine. Other than being a bit tough from overcooking, it had a good flavor and was a good cut. My baked potato was well prepared, however, when nearly finished i cut into a large pocket of some sort of potato blight. Very off putting after having finished 3/4 of the potato. The iced tea I ordered never did arrive, but I wasn't billed for it. The check with 1 cocktail each and our meal came to nearly $140. I will try one more time in the future. But this is nothing like the quality and service I have come to expect from Treasure Island. *** EDIT -- a few months have passed and we decided to revisit. We ordered basically the same meals as before except I had sweet potato in place o fr baked potato. This time the steaks were perfectly prepared and served hot. The sides were properly cooked and tasty. And also, my Manhattan was very well constructed. Bravo on the turnaround from my last experience! I am happy to add Treasure Island back to my list of favored dining spots.

Well… tried it since reopening. The sausage in the mushrooms was bad, and even if not I still don’t think they would have been good. French onion soup was watery and no flavor. The grilled chicken was alright. The veggie soup was good. High prices for nothing better than I could make at home. Plus the little cheap paper napkin is just irking me the wrong way. And… advertise a $20 daily special, but it’s really $35. And… no low carb side options, like vegetables (other than salad). Just not worth it. Server was sweet, can’t be mad at her.

Like time traveling into the past! The decors & ambience of the club/restaurant have both mystique and antique feels. The menu and the food were old fashion American style home cooking with variety. Truest Treasure Island…. Stop by for yourself to see if you can find your own unique gem within this Gem City.

This was once a Dayton Gem…. The bar service was incredibly slow, the energy of the staff almost seems like they’re depressed now. That hasn’t been the case in the past. I ordered a crab cake, it had a nice sear on it, but was still cool inside …. As crab cakes go, I’d give it a 2 out of 5… hopefully if this continues there will be someone that wants to restore the dining experience and food that people have grown to love from this place. If the regulars leave, this place is doomed. 🥹

The service was good * * * * The atmosphere was old style and warm * * * The prices were very high * The food was not top quality * I was expecting a super club with music and a club atmosphere but this is a local type old folks bar and dinner type restaurants The service was good but not attentive one tone refills for drinks over the course of the meal. The food was just not good especially the steaks. The prime time was good, cooked right but lack lack for flavor. I’m glad I went always wanted to see inside .

I loved the decor. I was super excited to have a nice steak dinner. My steak was seasoned nicely. The bread was not to my liking. The corn fritter was delicious. Highly recommend. I was not excited to have been enjoying it with all the gnats that kept flying around us. That part was really off-putting and made it difficult to enjoy my meal. It's definitely an experience one should try, but we won't be going back.

I had read some recent reviews and how bad the food was since new ownership. We had a party of 5 Friday night. 4 of them had never been to treasure island. Our service and food was delicious. We all had something different, filet mignon, ribs, new york strip, prime rib and shrimp. Nothing bad about any of it. Our food came out all at the same time and our server was delightful. It was a real hit and I recommend highly.
