The elevator was broken and the lock on the door to the stairs also looked like it had been pried open with a crow bar. That was kind of sketch. But the room was nice and relatively clean. The air conditioner worked. We didn't use it but the pool looked nice. I liked that the sink was separate from the toilet. Also like the in-room microwave. Be aware there's only 2 small pillows per bed, though. I'd have liked more pillows. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

DON'T BOOK IT UNLESS YOU'RE DESPERATE FOR A PLACE TO STAY! I would not recommend this hotel unless you're absolutely desperate for a place to stay and nothing else is avaliable. We booked three rooms, and all of them looked run down and worn out, almost like they've been through decades of neglect. The atmosphere in this place is dismal—it's like stepping into a sketchy, overused crack house. Seriously, you might want to bring your own disinfectant spray, wipes, and maybe even a scented candle to mask the musty smell. To add insult to injury, despite the website clearly stating that breakfast was included, there was none to be found. And if that wasn't inconvenient enough, the elevator was broken during our entire stay , forcing us to hike up to the 3rd floor with all our luggage. I'll begrudgingly give them 2 stars for two reasons only: The Staff was really nice and kind, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the bathroom, though not spotless, was decently cleaned. The only reason I tolerated this place was because of its convenient location. Overall, this hotel left a lot to be desired. It's a pity they can't put more effort into maintaining their rooms and fulfilling their promises. WILL NOT RETURN!

When I book my hotel, I only book ones with the breakfast. I booked my reservation over the phone and the person I booked it with didn't day anything about NO BREAKFAST. In the morning, my family got up early to eat breakfast and start our day to be told that they don't have breakfast and they haven't had it for 4 years. They said I have to contact Google. This really ruined my vacation, especially when the guy that worked there started yelling at me. He pointed to a sign next to the register that just had a list of things. He expected me to book my reservation, read the list of things they don't have apparently and cancel my stay. I highly recommended going somewhere else.

Room and location is great. It's conveniently located next to freeway. I'm thankful they allowed a very late check in. The only reason I have a two star is because I was accidentally given the key to an occupied room. I scanned the key and it opened, I heard the person in the room scream and I did as well. This is serious because what if the person in the room could of caused harm to myself and my son without us having any fault. Keys need to be checked twice before handing it out.

Stayed here for work. The elevator was not working had to walk up to the 3rd floor. The door to my room was so had to open, I had to push with my whole body to get in, usually on the 3rd try I'd get it open😖 The room was nice, clean and bed was comfy.

This hotel is way too expensive relative to its overall condition. Tha building is completely worn out. The outside pathways are literally falling apart (or down). The entry doors to the rooms are very old and cannot close good. The rooms are okay but need repair in many areas. We paid 159 dollars per night for a room that should have been no more than 70 dollars. I don’t think I will ever stay in a Travel Lodge hotel again.

Positive: Absolutely horrible stay. Negative: The staff/housekeeping were very rude, no hospitality; the air did not work! The next rm kept lusting over me every time I'd come out of my room...then when I'd go in, he'd come out he would speak of a random girl to himself, tweaking..creepy as heck!

Room smelled like smoke . Got room changed and there were bugs in the next room. Showed video to customer service who refused to do anything about it . Asked for a manager or a number I could call to report the problem and the guy Sal who worked at the front desk would not give me a number or try to fix the issue.
