Atrocious. I cannot think of a worse word to use that is family friendly. My wife and I were assigned room 148, and demanded to be moved. The room was loaded with mold on the walls, and the bathtub looked like It had never been cleaned. The bottom was black and looked like it had silt in it. They moved us to another room that was marginal at best. Very old with no updating for many years. Old mattresses. As others have said, possible that the sheets do not always get changed. The clerk was at least genuinely surprised when I showed him the pictures.I am angry enough that I am going to send the pictures to a couple of state agencies as well as Wyndham hotel Group. Some areas stink of Pot and cigarette smoke. I actually want my money back. In 30 years of road trips, this is by far the worst hotel ever.

The guys at the front desk were nice. I liked that they have a small store in there. The whole building smells like smoke. Our room was really dirty & the bath was especially GROSS. 🥺 Our sheets had burn holes even though we got a non smoking room. The toilet kept clogging. I felt really bad that the housekeepers were older! I so badly wanted to help them clean rooms. Not worth the price tbh.

We traveled 7 hours from Pennsylvania for the New England 900, a wonderful event put on at Stafford Motor Speedway. We got tickets last minute and needed somewhere to stay. This was the only available place. I would have rather slept in my car, or a tent on the side of the road than this place. As soon as we pulled up to the hotel I knew it was going to be terrible. The whole place smells like straight up cigarette smoke. Our bedsheets weren’t even changed from the previous person who stayed in the room. There were long red hairs in the bed. Cigarette burns on all the bed sheets. The shower didn’t have a shower curtain. So when we took a shower it flooded the bathroom. We had to YouTube how to turn the shower on. Bolts came off the bathroom door when we opened it causing us to get trapped inside because the door jammed. Cobwebs were falling off the ceiling. We drove 7 hours home after the event because we refused to stay there. We will absolutely come back to the New England 900 next year BUT WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE!! I will sleep in the parking lot if this was the only place available next time. I can not believe Wyndham would put there name on this awful establishment.

I am not sure where the good reviews are coming from. I had a terrible feeling about this place the minute I entered the parking lot which looked neglected. It is located in a sketchy part of town. The reception area dark, dingy with a hint of weed smell. But the room!! It did was old, and did not looked cleaned well at all. The floors were not swept and there were even dead bugs. The bedding looked old and had holes. We quickly asked for a refund and left. I was not taking chances on bedbugs! It is inexpensive, but you get what you pay for! Note: The owner's responses to reviews here are copied and pasted from artificial intelligence programs!! Unless they edit them, you can see at the beginning of responses to Haydee and Donna a few days ago that the AI program is introducing its response and this intro was accidentally copied and pasted as well.

Amazing service for our one night stay 8/26 to 8/27. Front desk clerk was very friendly. Room and bed was massive. Would come here again!

The hotel exceeds expectations. It’s bright, very clean and well maintained.The staff is very professional and always goes beyond. The parking lot is well lit and they keep the grounds well maintained. I have never has an issues during my stay here. I noticed that they just recently installed charging stations for vehicles. There are also several restaurants minutes away. I have recommended Travelodge by Wyndham in Vernon to coworkers and they agree, a great place to stay.

Positive: Nice hotel with comfortable beds and good shower. WiFi worked great. I appreciate the microwave and refrigerator in-room. Negative: I couldn't figure out how to operate the 2 TV remotes. I wondered if the TV didn't work, but I didn't ask and just streamed shows.

Perfectly clean, functional. Even slightly attractive rooms, but very very basic, and with the new "everywhere" fake wood flooring it had a terribly utilitarian feel. But while close to Motel 6 in feel it had a few things putting it a step above. But no breakfast of any kind and only coffee. Good for a quick in and out.
