Travelodge by Wyndham South Hackensack - Hotel in South Hackensack - 636 Huyler St, USA

This place is horrific! They don't even have a telephone and the microwave is in French. The wifi doesn't work properly. A kid hit my car with a soccer ball. The bathroom door squeaks + the ceiling light is cracked. The rooms doesn't have a hair dryer and there is no breakfast. The air plane sound you forget about because you are focused more on how the front door closes and locks but is protruding outward.

This place is overpriced junk. Whether it's hearing the planes or not having consistent hot water. You will regret staying here. There are pigeons here. There is no telephone. The wifi doesn't even work properly.|I fell off the chair. The microwave is in French.

The rooms had flies and mosquitos (still have red skin and is itchy), the bathroom were leaked in both rooms where I was sent. It wasn't a place to recommend. The staff is also not nice and increased the room prices especially when they knew we were going to stay for an extra day while checking in.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT Book here! The prices are low for a reason and boy did we learn that the hard way. Rooms are incredible outdated, furniture falling apart, dirty, and smelly. I checked in and checked out not even an hour after because there were cochroaches in the room. When I told that to the desk attendant, he really couldn't care less.

I should have listened to the reviews. My first room reeked of cigarettes and the TV screen was heavily damaged. I was relocated to a different room which smelled a little better. For that alone I would have given at least 2 stars. But then my bathroom didn't have a mirror! Just a hole in the wall with an exposed electrical outlet. Also a dead bug in the bath tub. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall, and the dresser drawer has missing and damaged drawers. It did have a mini fridge and microwave, but it wasn't enough to save it, especially since it was $150 for the night!

The most disgusting place ever. The bathroom was dirty with spider webs all over the room. Cigarettes burns on sheets. The walls are dirty and the toilet had no top. $120 a night was not worth my money. Please do not bring your family here. This is more like a drug infested motel. They definitely catfished me with the pictures on the website. What baffled me was when I saw they sell Narcan 🤦🏽‍♀️

What a disgusting dump. Terrible. Horrible. Awful. I can't say worse. Wait, I can..... thunderstorm and the parking lot turns into a lake. Woke up my last night to my room in half a foot of water. The incredibly rude staff moved me over to a little less terrible room(by very little), then were banging on the door 7:30am telling me I had to be out by 11am with no option to extend and no effort to compensate me for my horrible experience. Can't believe they are even able to operate as a business. Called South Hackensack police to tell about my room submerged, they already knew this Travelodge well. They said the name even before I did, that they could do nothing and wouldn't even attempt to come down to help me in any way because they knew the entire place was completely underwater. Pictures and videos include front desk receptionist I dealt with that night and banging on my door next morning at 7:30. Would not provide his name, nor manager's name who never showed up ever. Front desk receptionist was rude, smug and threatening

If you are looking for a pleasent restful experience this is not the place. Our room was not what we reserved. There was no breakfast offered, not even coffee. The coffee machine was broken.
