Travelodge by Wyndham Romulus Detroit Airport - Hotel in Romulus - 9095 Wickham Rd, USA

Pubic hair drainers clogged. Receptionist very disrespectful. She trough my money on the counter. Almost rhrough it on my face. She wanted to keep my deposit. She said we save all the money on the safe.. we cannot give it to you after 8.00 am in the morning. Its terrible. Beds are bad. Althoug the only good service was the shuttle service.

Stayed at this hotel because I wanted to stay near the airport because Uber fees there are ridiculous. I know they say you get what you pay for but even my 70 bucks wasn't worth this. Upon walking in my room I wasn't too impressed. Walked to the bed to put my stuff on it and cut my leg open on an exposed piece of the bedframe that was sticking out that someone covered up with the bed skirt. Go in the bathroom for tissue to stop the bleeding and there were 2 baby roaches in the bathroom and also a dirty tub. I'll never stay here again. And I ha e pics. Idk where to post them tho. It was room 125

Positive: No pool hotel room was small felt boxed in everything was cramped in the room. Fire alarm kept going off while trying to sleep. Was unaware of cash deposit for room. Overall bad experience. Negative: Everything not a peaceful or quiet hotel room to small water was extremely too hot. Just been in better hotels Negative: ""

Location was the only good thing I could say about this place. It was a few mintues away from airport...It needs major renovations. The beds felt like boxsprings on top of box spring, was very low felt like i was sleeping on the floor. Very dirty underneath. Service phone didn't work. Everything looked ran down. Holds in the walls. Bathroom handle was falling off. Cable service was on and off. No towel extra towels, service desk lady said that was all she had at the time. No public Bathroom had to wait till I check in to go to the bathroom. Just terrible all around.

DON’T stay at this hotel!!!! Filthy, beds are low and hard as a brick. Bathtubs and sinks are stained. Microwave was dirty. I was switched to another room that wasn’t much better. No lightbulbs in the lamps. The bathroom sink was stopped up and the bathroom door wouldn’t close.The crank to the window was broken and sticking out in a dangerous way. The hallways were dirty, the trash was full EVERYWhERE! There is a mandatory cash deposit that you are not made aware of until check in. I would never ever ever stay here again and neither should you.

If I can place no stars I definitely would. If you want a room WITH bug company then this is the place to be. They will kick you out and call the police also keep your deposit for no reason. You will have to take them to court

Absolutely horrible! The room looked like a crime had occured. The floors were sticky. We checked out immediately and the hotel refused to give a refund! I understand paying for one night, but we had to pay for the entire stay of 4 nights. Unacceptable!
