Pretty good hotel, stayed here many times and the only complaint is the train tracks next to the hotel, it can be a little loud, other than that, the rooms are always clean and they have a great breakfast, usually giving apples and bananas, would stay again!
We have stayed here every time we come to the coast. It's been clean and inviting for all of them. Lots of under counter storage for big coolers or totes. The train just reminds me of home being that I live near some tracks but understand how it would annoy others. Nonetheless its still quiet and no riff raff. Parking is a little funky if you stay in the innermost rooms. Beds are comfy and clean. Decent TV and furniture. It's always been a great place for the pricing. On our last stay we found out it's under new ownership and will be changing brands to a Quality Inn. I'm usually a "Wyndham rewards" kinda guy but the new owners are nice and I think will do a great job. Will probably stay again someday.
Room was okay, had no towels (brought our own), coffee was left opened, water was not hot, neighbors were very loud (we were told no parties).
Kept $50 deposit because they claimed we took towels when we brought our own, because there were no towels in the room. Would not let me explain we brought our own stuff (towels, bed spreads, pillows, and blankets), called 2 minutes after we left to say they were keeping the deposit. I offered for them to search our stuff and they refused.
The rooms have mildew and what appeared to be roach feces everywhere. Nasty things wrote on the wall, which were obviously not cleaned. Turning off the water in the tub sounds like something is about to come up and attack you. If you don't like being woke up by the loud train, this isn't the place for you! Not worth the money! They OBVIOUSLY do not clean up behind the bed, as it was super disgusting. It looked like someone was cremated and swept behind it!!!! GROSS! We will be making an official complaint.
The room was disgusting. Hair all over the bed and stains on the sheets. Carpet had not been vacuumed in ages. Room smelled like cigarettes even though it was non smoking. Cigarette burns on the bed side table. There was sunflower seeds all over the bathroom. Pieces of toilet paper stuck to bathroom floor. Mini fridge had trash in it. Train that passes behind hotel is very loud. Truck with boat trailer took up 6 parking spots. Had to park on other side of hotel.
For 110 dollars plus 35 dollar deposit there are waaaay better options in the area. It is definitely not worth 110 dollars a night.
Only redeeming quality is location. Very close to downtown ocean springs area.
Wish I was able to receive a discount or been able to view room before staying.
The rooms are elegant, but I wouldn't know it. I booked a room here a few nights back, but the booking sight didn't say anything about a security deposit. I understand the reason why they have them, but I feel as if the hotels should be more transparent in their costs instead of waiting untill you get there. I ended up not being able to get the room, and I had used credits I had built up to book with, so I lost that. The lady at the front desk also had a better than you attitude and was unnecessarily rude.
Decent location as it's close to the beaches and casinos, however, know that it's right next to the train tracks so occasionally you might be woken at night if you're a light sleeper.
The room was clean but a bit dated, but a conversation with the manager revealed that they are about to start a major remodel and upgrade so I expect this place to be 5 stars soon.
Husband and I were looking for a reasonably priced room on the Gulf Coast to celebrate our 22nd anniversary. We didn't want to pay $400 to stay in a casino during the weekend. This hotel was a great price and close to everything. We didn't realize that nearby trains (with horns blasting) ran throughout the day and night. That coupled with a door, with a huge gap that let in every noise, made for two sleeplessness nights. Also, our keys didn't work three times during our two night stay. Needless to say, we won't be staying here in the future.

We needed to rent 2, 6 seater golf carts for 2 couples who came to town to visit, during the Art Show weekend on Saturday. Spoke to Hope, who set us up through the easy online process. Had a wonderful day, eating, exploring & going to the beach! W
I have loved this small toy store since I was a young kid. The mix of Euro toy selections has always been amazing! Service with a smile is Minerâs standard.
