Front desk staff friendly & helpful during our stay. Clean comfortable room. GREAT customer service. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
Fresh, clean room, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great home base for all the sights to see. Medicine Wheel and Devils Canyon are a must see.
Positive: Location - right along highway Negative: Front desk staffing at later check-in time is ?on call? - I had to call to have someone come meet us 10 minutes later to get our room key
Staying while working in the area. Front desk attendees are very polite and kind. I'm working the night shift, sleeping during the day. The walls are paper thin, I can hear things being moved, vacuums, people walking the hall. So its very hard to sleep. Te room is good. Supplied with a fridge, microwave. TV has lots of choices. Shower is a walk it, with plenty of hot water.
So we stayed there to hunt for 7 days. Oct 2023 We noticed this printout i attached here right away as we waited to get checked in on arrival. I've stayed in 100's of motels and never seen anything like in the picture I uploaded. I made a joke to a friend maybe this is a "SIGN" of things to come. Had I only known how right that was... We should have stayed in the Cattlemen Motel. The room was not cleaned one single time in 7 days!!! This meant no clean towels, no garbage emptied and no new sheets on the bed after returning from hunting with deer blood on us and our clothes at times. We left notes at the front desk as there was NEVER anyone working the front desk or even around to get our rooms cleaned because nobody was ever there.. We never heard back or got a response. We had to walk into the open "EMPLOYEES ONLY" room door and get fresh towels, sheets, shampoo and garbage bags. We tried the vacuum to clean the rooms ourselves but it did not work. What you get is nothing like in the photos either. No blanket at all. Just sheets. We'll not be staying there ever again unless the rooms are free and get an apology from the owner which I heard was a Mangus from Lovell who we watched drive by often moving things from the back of a white Ford truck to the Country Store garage next door he bought as well. It pays to hire someone for the front desk in order to avoid these bad reviews. I see we're not the only ones who were noticing nobody works the front desk. Sad. I guess it's always true, you get what you pay for.
Positive: Price Negative: Early morning my hand started to burn.. As I left thier where was a bounty hunter out front... ...... Otherwise one of my better stays.. Negative: ""
Positive: Clean updated rooms, spacious and comfortable. For a travelodge, it was great, unexpectedly clean and mostly soundproof. Negative: Since there was no breakfast, it would have been nice to have a larger coffee service in the lobby for the grab and go. Only a simple coffee pot that runs out quickly. Negative: ""
Great updated rooms. Got a discount at local restaurant which was also good.
