Some people always give older hotels a bad rating because the carpet is old or there may be marks on paint. For me, I’m looking for clean, safe, and comfortable. I was pleased with cleanliness of room, although it was not in just remodeled condition. Is it worth spending an extra $159 a night to get a newer room? Not to me, especially if I’m just staying one night in my way elsewhere. Becca at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. I’d stay here again if I’m in the area.
Worst experience ever!
The receptionist asked me to park car in the disability parking spot as there were no other spot left to park my car.
In the morning, I had to deal with the flat tire which ruined my trip.
I am pretty sure someone stabbed my car tire couple of times.
The location is sketchy and people around the hotel are sketchy.
Shower is worst and hot water doesn't run for more than 15 min. The safety lock for the room entrance is broken.. I mean technically anyone can break in with a little effort!!
Don't even think of coming here. It's not worth it at all.
Had a really great experience! I'm honestly not sure why the mixed reviews...but personally, room was clean and kept up with every morning of our stay. Bed was made, trash was taken out and replaced with new bags, fresh towels every day too. The floors are vinyl wood flooring, furniture looked clean. Very polite staff! Enjoyed our stay!
Great place really close to town centre. Very interesting 60's architecture. Great staff. We had a lovely room with a balcony. Plenty of space in the room with fridge and microwave and everything worked. Even a hose and cloths to wash down the motorbike.
The night manager was the only positive part of our stay. Its the first time that I have ever felt the need to check for bedbugs and felt dirtier after leaving the hotel than when I came. The hotel is in great need of being torn down and rebuilt. Our Room had a matress with stains on it, there were people in the next room playing music that could be easily heard through the paper thin walls, and the orange juice served at the megar breakfast tasted watered down. Congratulations. Of all the hotel we stayed at on our recent trip, yours scored the lowest. Only the night manager saved you from an absolute zero.
Room was cleaned and spacious. Comparable to much more expensive hotel chains! Location is perfect (walking distance to many restaurants or groceries. I definitely recommend it!|Breakfast was limited though compared to other hotels. Customer service was excellent!
Positive: The front desk staff were exceptional. We arrived with my wife being sick from food poisoning and they got us into our room quickly. Hotel employee was repeatedly friendly, courteous, concerned, helpful and always very professional. Negative: ""
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and organization in the hotel lobby, parking lot and general presentation of the building.
We asked to be refunded so we could seek other lodging. Since we booked 2 nights, the staff gave us the option to not stay the second night, and also upgraded us to the nicer room, across the alley in the second building.
Look, the rooms were the cheapest place in town, we did get what we paid for.
Upon check out, I wanted to thank the hotel staff at the front desk and leave with a better taste in my mouth, but couldn’t find anyone in the entire office. I did walk into the staff only places, asking if anyone was there. I could not find anyone until I found the security system’s camera screens.. two employees were lounging in a courtyard area, I still couldn’t get them to respond. Seemed like a risky decision to leave the entire front area unattended, here’s some photos of what the lobby and staff are accustomed too.
The AC unit was extremely loud in our room, just a bad experience.. check all other options before booking this hotel.
Great value, great location, even better staff.
I stay at this hotel a couple times a year. One of the best airport hotels ever. And the staff are the best part.
On my last trip, the hot tub wasn't working. (Not an issue for me.) But someon

Wonderful concert venue. Comfortable seats and great sound system. Staff was super helpful in finding seats and offering information. Wish the lighting would have been a bit better, but that may have been the band's crew. Way too much bright white, w
