Great experience here.. Very clean room!! Loved the hot tub and pool, also very clean and well kept. Slept good, cold a/c. Also amazing water pressure which is important to me. We just needed a hotel while passing through and I'm SO glad we chose this one. If we ever need to stay in the area again we will go back.
The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was great. We loved the laundry facilities. The pool was so nice. The price was good. 25 minutes from petrified forest national park. Comfy bed. Microwave and fridge. This place had it all. And the staff was nice too.
We needed a last minute stay and this hotel fit the bill. The room was clean and comfortable. They only lost one star because the AC sounded like a blender full of rocks for most of the night. It worked really well though so we put up with it. Otherwise it’s an excellent value hotel and we will definitely use them again if passing through
Stayed at the Travellodge in holbrook Az|We were greeted by Mary at the front desk and ahe was very nice and very Profesional|She had us checked in quickly and we headed to our room|The Room was clean and everything worked as it should. In the morning we went to the office for breakfast and we enjoyed having the included in our stay.I want to thank Mary and the staff for making our stay enjoyable, we will be staying at the Travellodge Holbrook whenever we need a clean comfy room and are in the area.:)
I would stay here again if I were driving through. It is not a place I would stay for a multi-day vacation.. Breakfast was minimal, although I could have made a waffle, which I did not. It was clean and comfortable.
Room was clean and adequate. Down side, breakfast was not served until 7 on a week day, most travelers had already left. Checkout was a drop box. Office was locked. No access to coffee.
The cleanest room we’ve had (no hair anywhere!) but fridge didn’t work. Hot tub was great. Night clerk was very nice. Breakfast needs a protein like eggs or something. We’ll stay here again next time through.
When checking in, the front desk staff did not want to take my military ID as a form of identification. He requested I provide my drivers license. I told him my ID was a valid form for checking in. He stared at me and said a drivers license was preferred. He didn't like when I did not fork my DL. |He confirmed there were 3 staying in the room. I said yes and asked if we had 3 sets of towels . He said no. I waited for him to grab another set. When he did not make a move, I thought he hadn't understood my request. So I asked again if the room had 3 sets of towels. His response was " I already said no". So I specifically asked for another set. As he handed it to me he said "all 3 sets need to be left in the room or we charge you". Did he really think I requested a 3rd set so I could steal it?|Breakfast the next morning was inferior to other motels in the same price range. We took a peak and decided to pass on all the cheap unhealthy options.|The room itself was ok. The fan blows right across the bed and we put the ironing board infront of it so we could have airflow that was deflected. |Between the poor customer service and the breakfast we didn't eat, I'd definitely advise travelers to find another place to stay in Holbrook.
Best Western agains prove its reputation as well maintained. The location is just off the freeway , yet removed far enough to avoid traffic noise. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the breakfast selection is good. Parking is close to the rooms. V
This place is new since the last time we drove through Holbrook. The coffee is great and not ridiculously expensive. We were served through the drive thru by Piper who told us she'd been there since they opened. She was very pleasant and it was a fan
Great small town museum. Free entry and very friendly staff. Lots to see on many levels. The signage can be vague and is a little small but it was well worth the stop
Ordered spaghetti with meatballs. It was good. The garlic bread was great. Had a beer out of Sedona AZ. Oak Creek something somethingâ¦. Great beer. Server and busboy were slammed with customers. Server was able to hold her cool and direct bus
When we got there the bathrooms were getting repaired.so we didnât have anywhere to use the restroom at first but they said it would be ready soon so we went to the store to stock up on snacks and when we came back, one of the staff informed us sin
I had the fajita combo, and my wife had the two burrito combo. We definitely had enough food. One combo would've been enough for the both of us, but the leftovers were good the next day. The rice and beans were great. The fajitas were amazingly de
