Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. After reading many reviews I really want sure what to expect. ||We stayed in room 209. The room was spacious and clean. We found the beds to be very comfortable. There was a sheet and bedspread. If you want a blanket, I'd bring one. The a/c worked great. ||The refrigerator was cold and the microwave heated evenly. Based on prior reviews I was worried about noise. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and we didn't hear outside noise either night. ||Both check in and out were easy. I found the management to be friendly and accommodating. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be back.
The staff were polite and helpful. If you want the parking space in front of your room don't get there late. There were no real blankets so bring your own comforter if you get cold. The A/C and heating work well but the filters needed cleaning, nothing you can't check for yourself when you get there. It was very clean and spacious. I will come here again soon.
Clean and comfortable large room. Some road noise at night, not a problem with white noise I played. Slept like a baby. My room had a fridge and microwave. I arrived at 10pm and left at 6am for a boat launch.
When I checked in the front desk guy was very rude at check in and when i was asking to changed the dirty sheets with hair and stains all over he wanted me to changed rooms the other room smelled of cigarettes the hotel is a non smoking. I argued with him in front of the cleaning lady. Good thing for me that the lady spoke Spanish and I asked to change my sheets. While I was asking her. The manager said I’ll just check you out The cleaning lady said no I’ll go change while the bedding was being changed the cleaning lady informed me that the manager was very rude like that and apologized.
Lady at the front desk was very nice. The problem was that there was no blanket in the room, only two sheets, and when I called down to ask for a blanket there was no answer as I think she had already retired for the evening. It is February and a bit chilly in the evening so there should absolutely be a blanket in every room. And worst of all, the dang heater was busted and wouldn't come on. I ended up sleeping in my clothes and using the two bath towels as a blanket. Looking through the other reviews it is clear these conditions have been ongoing for some time yet have not been addressed. The managers are trying to save money by not hiring an overnight person. They called me at 10pm and wanted to know when I was going to arrive. Obviously because it was getting late and they wanted to go to sleep. Also there are many reviews complaining about a lack of blankets and heaters not working. On the positive side the mattress had decent back support so I slept alright despite all the problems. I'd say it would be worth it for people who like cooler temperatures or have their own blankets.
The manager is amazing, The cleaning staff is great if I could stay here longer I would. This place is awesome!
I prepared myself, and not too expect that much considering the series of events that happened on my way to this side of town (3-hour delayed flight; long queue at the car rental, etc.); but it was the front desk staff (Marco) that promptly picked my call that cold early morning, the same person who politely assured me that he would wait for me, and not to worry as my “ground floor” room is waiting for me. And because, I wasn’t keeping my hopes high; truly this humble, yet accommodating, customer-oriented guy greeted me at 4am with a smile; and assured me that if I needed anything else, I should not hesitate calling front desk. Room was simple and clean. Bed well-kempt. Although not The “Five-Star Ritz Carlton”, I look forward on coming back and would highly recommend this place!
This is a small motel on a busy noisy street. The room itself was fine. The bed was comfortable although there was no blanket on the bed, only some very thin bedspread that was almost like a disposable table cloth material. There was no blanket anywhere in the room. Shower was good though the grout needed cleaning. | It was nice to have the refrigerator and microwave. There were no wash cloths in the room when we arrived but the housekeeping staff brought some the next day when they changed out the towels. Hopefully they didn't think that they were missing because we took them; we never notified them about the missing towels since we didn't need them. However, there is very little sound insulation so even though we had a room on the farthest side from the street, you could hear constant road noise. That didn't disturb my sleep since it was fairly constant, but the people in the adjoining rooms did. People were up and using the shower around 5 am and 6 am, and the plumbing was loud. We could hear footsteps upstairs, and cars in the parking lot as the early risers left. Also, even though there is free coffee in the tiny lobby, the lobby was locked at 8 am with no staff in sight.
I decided to try this place out cause I was craving Mexican. After arriving, I was greeted by the sweetest man ever. He was a one man team and boy were his prices so affordable. This place is CASH ONLY though so make sure to have some on you. I decid
Park is really been updated from the last time I was here in early 2000s. And put a trail almost 3/4 around the entire lake they actually have a land bridge where you could cross the southern section of the lake. Would have been better if the trail w
Great entry level - advanced skate park. Smooth concrete, great mix of ledges, vert and rails. Moderately crowded at times, but overall, enough for everyone to enjoy. Full sized clover pool with a pretty deep end. Check it out for yourself!
Clean!! Went in for a quick snack for the road. I love the fact that the French Toast sticks are available all day. Sad to see the zucchini sticks off the menu. Overall experience was good.
