Cheap, clean motel providing a good breakfast. Room had no coffee maker, fridge or microwave. Limited linens in room and no tissues. Lack of suitable plugs to allow for charging phones etc. Free parking on site.

We're frequent travelers staying on average 30-50 nights a year in hotels. This Knights Inn in Gallup was very affordable the night we were in town so gave it a try. I was impressed with the comfort of the bed and cleanliness of the room. All four of us (wife and kids) slept well, it was quiet there & breakfast was good, the typical continental breakfast fare. This motel is nothing fancy but felt I had underpaid for what I received there. The Manager was an extremely pleasant, welcoming man who we could easily tell that he really cared about our stay & experience. We would certainly look to stay here again next time we're in Gallup.

This is an older 50’s era one story motel. While it looks kind of drab from the outside, rooms were clean and recently remodeled. Towels looked new. There is no coffee in the room or office. I couldn’t get the tv to work, but there is strong internet, so I watched Netflix and Roku on my device which I prefer anyway. Breakfast bags are available in the morning consisting of Raisin Bran cereal, raisin bread, and milk. Rates are reasonable and staff polite. I was only looking for some evening rest while going through town on my way to California, and this served my purpose.

Travel nurse here in New Mexico for a 8 week assignment. So this was home for the past 8 weeks. When I first pulled up I thought this was another dump. I can't speak for the other rooms but mine was very nice. They have recently remodeled with all new furniture, I have a full kitchenette with a dining room table and couch that was seperate from my bedroom. Satellite television, not many channels to choose from but luckily I have the DIRECTV app. I did love how quiet it was because I do like silence after a long shift. I was disappointed in housekeeping. They asked me what days would I like my room cleaned so I requested Monday's. Sure enough when I would come home from work Monday evening my room had not be touched. I even pulled sheets and towels into a pile for them. Luckily my company paid for the housing so I would contact them and housekeeping would show up.

We needed a cheap place to stay for two nights to explore Gallup and the surrounding area. This hotel was a good choice averaging a little under $50 bucks a night. The room was clean. Fridge and microwave too. Bed was okay. The overall look of the room was bare but everything was in good condition and the TV and wifi worked very well. The showerhead was horrible because it hit you right in the face and was broken in a way that could not be adjusted. Had to practice my contortionist moves to use it.||||The only real complaint I have is that we were put in the first room close to the highway and the train tracks. Didn't mind that since Gallup is a train town, but there was only one other occupant in the hotel and he was placed in the room right next to ours! Wouldn't have minded that too much either except I suspect my neighbor was Sasquatch because every step he took made a nice hearty thud! But hey, a bargain is a bargain. Just make sure to ask for the room far away from Sasquatch!

Front desk clerk...10+||Cleanliness of room...10+||Refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. ||Cable TV channel selection about 100 to pick from but who is counting...all the major ones you would expect. Free WiFi....nice.||Comfortable bed, three pillows...nice touch. Room temperature controlled by a wall unit with fan that worked well for me.||Bathroom sundries does include hair shampoo, shower and sink water gets hot...nice after a long day driving on the road.||Older well cared for building, use a metal room key not plastic card but for the price under $50 and what you get...plus free breakfast in separate building...what all you get it's a WONDERFUL Deal!!!||Stay here again...YES.||Recommend...YES.

This is an old motel that lacks basic things. Half of the electrical outlets don't work. There are no wash cloths provided. No close hooks to hang clothes. The front office is locked most of the time. A sign directs you to a motel next door. Low price that is the maximum earned. A big disappointment.

Gave hotel a heads up on my travel plan changes. They refused to cancel my reservation because it was a couple hours into the 24 hr window to cancel. Nothing had been processed or charged and it was left to the manager to give the okay to cancel. Manager refused to approve the cancellation and they are apparently taking my money tomorrow even though I can’t make it. Bad business and customer service. I won’t be choosing this company again.
