Travelodge by Wyndham Fairfield/Napa Valley - Hotel in Fairfield - 4625 Central Way, USA

The place is located in a quiet area off the freeway and is convienant for that matter. As well as the fast food places and gas stations. The rooms are clean and the beds are ok but sometimes you get a bed that is too soft. The staff is nice.

This room was the cheapest in the area. It was tiny and immediately next to a construction vehicle parking lot, so there was a LOT of noise starting at 5 am. At night, you check in through a window, and the speaker is broken, so it is difficult to hear the host. With all that said, the rooms were clean, and the structure of the building and stairs made for quiet outside of the construction at 5am. And there was a mini fridge in the room, which was nice.

People that work there are nice. Rooms are “ok” if you are in a bind. I traveled with my elderly parents and they had a handicap room. First night the smoke alarm beeped all night. I had people next to me in my room that I believe live there and run the place. Their room stunk of cooked international foods and they loved banging into the wall. Like I said the people were nice to my parents which is all I care about but I would not stay here again if I had a choice

The TV was very small and very far away from beds. So far and so small I couldn't see the screen clearly without glasses, wouldn't spend that much money on a room ever again. Especially since they charged a resort fee and don't even have a pool or hot tub !!! Make that make sense !! Resort fee with no resort amenities ?? Will not stay there again ?? Could've spent less money at any of the nearby hotels or motels and had pool and or hot tub access and free breakfast!!

I wouldn’t trust this place. My husband placed a $100 deposit and it’s been a bit over a week and we still haven’t received it yet we called 5 days after asking about it and he said we’d receive it by Monday.. we still haven’t received anything. Since I’ve given up and already feel like they stole my money I just wanted to share my experience.

I would never stay there again towels were dirty. The walls are dirty people hang out there all you smell is cigarettes and weed coming from the rooms. No sleep due to people partying until 4am in the morning then their dog was barking for 2 hours.

STAY HERE IF YOU LIKE STAYING WITH COCKROACHES! 🪳 (Would give 0 stars if possible) We were traveling with children and needed somewhere to stay for the night and unfortunately came across this place. -Found cockroaches in our room and the front desk didn’t care, I even contacted customer service for the branch on Sunday and have still not heard back. Front desk employee told me I would head back and I still have not. -went to check in at 320pm was told our room wouldn’t be ready for another hour when check in is 3p.

Poor knowledge with front desk personnel first they could not find my reservations, online posting says free breakfast when I asked i was told they only have coffee when I askes they advertise free breakfast and was misleading the response was is wrong and ignored my questions. The room smelled like it was cleaned with soiled water. Also, the carpet in the hallway was dirty and smelled bad. The staff did not even offer us water i will not stay in this hotel in the future due to their lack of customer service and misleading adds. I reserved 2 rooms over the weekend next time I am in town I will stay at a different hotel, when I checked out I asked for a total confirmation receipt was told I would receive confirmation via email which I have not recieved as of now. I do not recommend this hotel. Please book somewhere else
