Travelodge by Wyndham Commerce Los Angeles Area - Hotel in Commerce - 7810 Telegraph Rd, USA

A disappointment given the photographs on their website. Found hair in my room's bathroom sink upon check-in, as well as a t-shirt belonging to a former guest hanging in the bathroom. Grittiness in the carpet belied a lack of vacuuming. Exterior pathways used to access the rooms on the 3rd floor wobble and slant towards the parking lot. Several gaps in the same pathways are messily patched with what looked like plywood. The staircases were in similar disrepair, and the "in-service" elevator had a gaping hole revealing wires where the "down" button should be. The tub in the guest room had a soggy spot in the middle that suggests it's leaking and developing rot/mold below. Wifi connection was tenuous. In brief - the whole property is dearly in need of a paint job and inspection, plus perhaps a new maintenance and housekeeping team. Grateful for the kindness of staff who offered to reimburse me when I left early for the open arms of a better-kept hotel. Glad that it's close to the Citadel Outlets, but otherwise, there aren't any redeeming qualities to the location, either. Love yourself and find another hotel.

The rooms are dirty. The rooms are filthy the people at the front desk give you attitude the woman with green eyes and curly hair. You need to smack her. There’s another chubby lady I think that’s the boss. You just smack her too. They don’t know what they’re doing and they need to go back to school. The pools are dirty. There’s leaves there’s bugs. Maintenance is rude lazy and the AC doesn’t work.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Not at all what I'm used to from a travellodge. The area is beyond bad...dirty, garbage everywhere. Unsightly types hanging around the hotel. Not to mention cockroaches!! Ick!! The drain in the tub/shower was broken,the lights were burnt out, and the Comforters were badly stained. I do have to say the gentleman at the front was extremely kind and helpful to the best of his ability. Save your money and your trip and book elsewhere.

Room was dirty. The bathroom had stains on the walls and the tub. The shower head had calcium stains. The carpet had stains and looked like it had not be shampooed in months. I had to call the front desk to get the room serviced because they don't service the room for longer stays. There was a cigarette burnt stain on the night table. Only good thing was check in and check out was fast.

Positive: absolutely everything! simply the best over motel/hotel value in all of greater Los Angeles. if you're looking for an affordable place to stay short-term you won't do any better. plus a great pool/jacuzzi area?! come on. Negative: nothing at all for me personally! the noise might be an issue for some as it's next to the freeway but it's a small price to pay for such a central Los Angeles location and there aren't any quiet + affordable places in the entire city anyhow. Positive: Nothing other than having beds to sleep. But, there was a really good taco stand right around the corner from the 7-Eleven. The tacos were delicious for only two dollars each. Negative: The main thing is that the gym and pool were out of service. My son wanted to use the pool and it was just a disappointment for us. All we got from the receptionist was a "sorry for the inconvenience." Also, it didn't feel safe around that area. Negative: ""

Got a room that was dirty, had to go back to the office, receptionist was rude from the beginning. Was on her phone while I'm checking in. And the bed felt broken! Shower head was nasty looking. And they didn't have hair dryer lmao! I forgot mine 😏

Hôtel très mal situé, excentré de Los Angeles mais surtout très proche de l'autoroute. Du bruit et encore du bruit même la nuit. Il faut faire couler l'eau de la douche au moins 10 minutes pour avoir de l'eau un peu chaude. Literie à revoir.
