**Hotel Review** ⭐ 1/5 I wish I could give this place zero stars. The photos online are extremely misleading. The moment I stepped into the lobby, it was clear that this hotel does not care about cleanliness or professionalism. The place is **filthy**—the floors were sticky, the furniture stained, and there was a musty odor everywhere. The room was a dingy, dirty nightmare. There were **mysterious stains** on the bed and carpet, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks. I saw**drug paraphernalia* in the hallway, and some of the windows were out in the building. Trash was everywhere, in the parking lot, halls, and lobby. The hotel seemed to attract some very **sketchy guests**. There were loud arguments happening in the hallway and loud music coming from the common space. I was genuinely concerned for my safety, with once look at the room, we left without even spending the night The staff was completely **unprofessional** and rude when I raised concerns for our safety (like this behavior and conditions were normal) Do yourself a favor and **stay far away** from this place. It’s not worth risking your safety, comfort, or sanity.

Absolutely terrible. Disgustingly dirty. Smelled terrible. Beds are rock hard. We had a late check in. Had to wait 15 min at the desk for the clerk to come in from a cigarette. Had a early morning meeting, went to check out at 730 am and no one came. Another customer said no one comes to the desk until after 9am. Breakfast consisted of stale coffee, and a pack of mini muffins. Kids running around all hours of the night up and down the halls. Banging on the walls , screaming, hooting and hollering. Completely unacceptable. Not worth the money.

You get what you pay for and I normally am not too picky with cheap hotels so I was not expecting too much for the price but I feel like cleanliness is a must and this place did not have that. It was a roof over my head and no one bothered us but this place was in DEPLORABLE conditions. They need to update their photos cause it’s not an accurate reflection of what you’ll get. Imagine the dirtiest hotel you could have and then double it. Again, I normally stay at cheaper hotels and this place set a new low for me. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. I read previous reviews and said “surly it can’t actually be that bad.” So not complaining too much because I paid for a dump and got a dumb, this palace would be so much better if they actually took care of the facility and didn’t let people run all over the hotel. There was a basically a party outside the main entrance at all hours of the day and kids who live there running around making mess the entire time.

My recent stay at this place was highly disappointing. The management is poor, with only one person managing the front desk, causing significant delays whenever assistance is needed. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, making it extremely dirty and unkempt.Housekeeping is virtually non-existent; during our four-day stay, our room was never cleaned, nor were the bedding or towels changed. The room itself was filthy, with dust accumulating everywhere and no detailed cleaning. The bathroom was particularly appalling, it has an old, stained, and discolored bathtub, grimy taps, and a dirty drain. We had to wear flip-flops while showering due to the bathroom's unsanitary conditions.The air conditioning unit was covered in dust, the hair dryer was filthy, and the iron was old, rusty, and non-functional.Given these conditions, this place should not be open to the public. The management needs to significantly improve their operations. While the price was cheap, the experience was terrible. We only stayed here because it was a last-minute booking, and everything else was overpriced. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Positive: Was close to our event. Negative: It was dirty and smelled. We didn't have any towels in our room. The floor/carpet was damp and sticky. Light in the bathroom didn't work. Ceiling looked like a lot of water damage. Didn't feel very safe being there.

This place is nasty, like it was in May when I stayed here. Looks like a trap hotel. Sketchy people hanging out outside. I have a smoking room but I didn't expect it to be so awful. There was even hair on our sheets and ashes on the bedspread. When I checked in there was a girl who said she saw a roach on her door. My room looks nothing like the online photos.

Positive: Nothing Negative: No working tv, broken toilet seat, had to physically get our own blankets because there were none, no cups, no ice bucket, rude office staff, children riding scooters in and out of front entrance to all hours of the night.

The place it's dirty, from the lobby thru the rooms, the elevator was too. The room was superficial clean. The roof has a leak that only put a paste. The AC make noise. The walls was super dirty like never been painted in a while or washed, there are splashes stains. The fire dectector was hanging. To end there was roaches in the room. Terrible experience. Next morning I wake up for the breakfast, only serve juice and coffee, completely disappointed.
