Pictures say it all. Bed bugs and cockroaches I had to check out early. September 4 th 2024
I hate writing bad reviews but no. Just no. I called the 800 number and made a reservation for one night - two adults and a dog. I was given a price of $48 which included a $10 pet fee. We got to the hotel, made sure to ask the manager if the reservation showed that we had dogs, he said yes so we paid the $48 and change. As we were unloading the car, the manager came out and asked if we had dogs, then proceeded to charge us another $15 after we'd already told him we had dogs and he said he saw it on the reservation. As for the room, it was awful! The toilet hadn't been flushed, the carpet was horribly filthy, there was grime on every surface, the bathtub was horrendous and the tile above the shower was stained and looked as though it would fall down at any given moment. The blanket was very thin and rough and the sheets had cigarette burns on them. Needless to say, we slept in our clothes and didn't shower there. Oh, and lastly, as soon as we got out of our car we were greeted by a man asking for money. Definitely not worth $63. Don't stay here.
Room was nice, everything worked. The only thing I didn't like is I didn't have exact change and told the clerk to charge my card 40 and I'll pay the rest with cash. They charged my card 46 making it decline. So please be aware and bring exact change so you don't have to experience what I did. Other then that the staff is nice and so are the non smoking rooms.
NASTY! HORRIBLE! NOT SUITABLE TO BE A FUNCTIONING BUSINESS! I could never explain all the ways this establishment is failing and will disappoint every patron that unknowingly goes there for affordable lodging. This place is unacceptable and the owner is a mean loud tyrant! He will not allow his guests to have visitors. He will enter your room without consent to ensure this is being followed. The plumbing is unstable and unreliable. The rooms are filthy and have an unpleasant odor. The owner is not concerned with properly cleaning or repairing anything. I have never been in such a dump. I would stay there again if you paid me.
The outside looks sketchy and truth be told, it is probably not the absolute most reputable area. However, the house keeping staff is wonderful! Our room was very clean and the beds comfortable. For the price, I felt like I was staying in a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is a little meager, no eggs or hot food. However, ai felt it was more than adequate with mini bagels, cereal, and a juice machine plus coffee.
The only good thing I loved about here was the A/C in my room was in time .who ever cleaned that left dirty sheets on the bed had to complain. Toilet leaked water all on the floor.MS.JOHNSON(lady with short hair and with gray)she was excellent.
This hotel was absolutely horrible. I was happy to be alive in the morning. Do not stay here. Go park somewhere and sleep in your car. Room was dirty, toilet paper is cardboard, the room stank, there were dead bugs on the floor, grease and handprints all over the headboard above the bed, carpet had stains all over. Car alarms were going off at night, and I even heard two men outside my door whispering about jumping or chasing someone. Do not stay here.
Not perfect, but it is semi-okay place to stay, if you are on the lower end of the budget. There are plenty of other hotels/motels to stay in the area. Beds sheet are thin and rough and the rooms have a distinct pungent odor that was uncomfortable from my last visit. Would not repeat.
Honestly, this was unexpectedly one of the best things I've done in 2023. My sister took me here when I was visiting from Charlotte, NC, and I love oddities, but I was absolutely blown away by the history lesson I got during my visit. The owner is am
