The hallway rugs were filthy dirty with huge stains,the door keys would not work properly, looks like they're used to be in restaurant in the inside and it was shut down the bathrooms were dirty downstairs, the lamp shades in the bedrooms were so dirty that there was stuck on you couldn't get them off and they were all banged up flat and sideways, the rooms wreaked of cigarette and the mattresses were stained on the side, huge stains. You can tell that at one point at hotel must have been so beautiful but they are just letting it fall so apart. We were so disgusted to stay there while we just couldn't get our money back cuz we were forced to stay here luckily we only booked one night.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Disgusting doesn’t even do it justice. Do not waste your money. We got there and our room immediately smelled like cigarettes. I called downstairs and asked for clean sheets because we had cigarette burns in our sheets btw it was a non smoking room. They never showed up with the sheets. We wanted to shower and no clean towels. We had to go downstairs to get them. They finally gave us some that smelled like smoke. And not to mention when I asked him for clean sheets the rude manager said “we don’t have any”. How is that even possible. This place is absolutely horrible. I’ll add pictures, see for yourself. The manager also does not give a crap about his guests. And also the free breakfast is a lie.

Let's start from the outside: parking lot with trash everywhere and landscaping completely overgrown. Main elevators not working, so everyone has to use the one service elevator. Filthy, filthy, filthy! Had a foul odor and stuff dried on the walls. In room: carpet stained, curtains falling off the rod, dirty window. Beds were clean and were made daily, which was very nice. Bathroom was mostly ok, but it was an ADA shower, which we needed as my hubby is in a wheelchair. The shower curtain bar was a curved one that was bent in the middle, angled to the floor, so it was impossible to keep in closed--it kept sliding to the middle due to gravity. There was so much water on the floor, we had to use all our towels to clean it up. Thankfully, we got fresh towels daily. The cabinet that held the mini fridge was gross, with dried stuff all over it. Took over 24 hours to get the TV working--the remote needed new batteries. The only saving grace was that the staff was very kind and helpful. Wyndham has bought up a lot of struggling hotel chains, but has not done anything with them in terms of making them just nice, like basic maintenance with paint and cleaning. This will be our last stay using our reward points---the last several places have been very disappointing.

My own experience it says to share details? The list is too much to talk about was in shock when I couldn't find the AC then I realized where it was hoping I can get it to work I noticed it looked like a vintage unit it was on cold but not working I hear I'm not the only one having Ac problems I would not recommend you step foot in this building I am getting the run around for a refund. The hotel app that I used clearly stated in green letters that breakfast included this is false advertising. They told me there was none and in the room binder says 24 7 coffee in lobby that was also false. Do not bring your kids here you'll be left with no breakfast. The regular elevators were out of service. Room phone wasn't working you can't talk only listen. Can't see out window perfectly idk what that stuff was in the window. Should I mention doesn't feel safe the environment.

We stayed here as a team for a tournament, our room's AC was broken and the room was barely clean. One of our teammates had to switch rooms 3 times, one of the rooms was completely trashed and hadn't looked like it'd been cleaned at all and one room had vomit on the floor. We saw many unsavory characters coming and going throughout the evening and the elevators smelled of cigarettes and broke down on our last day there. The staff at the main desk tried their best for us, but it's clear they need to not only get some more cleaning people on staff, and some major renovations to the rooms themselves.

I didn't like that the booking stated they had breakfast. They simply did not! I didn't like the roaches and whatever bug kept biting me in the bed. Didn't see anything tho🤨 I didn't like the burnt holes in the sheets or the burnt marks on the tub or the dirty shower curtain!! I didn't like the awful smell that lingered in the lobby as soon as you walked in. I don't like how because they except vouchers through welfare they think they don't have to keep the place livable!!!!! I didn't like how there was an empty room right across from me that was run down and left opened for anyone to hide away in there. I don't like how booking. Com allows for this should be condemned building to be on their website like it is a normal place to spend your hard earned money on!!!!!

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. Hallways were filthy as well as the room. Sheets were obviously dirty because I found a bandaid in the bed. Even the towels didn’t smell fresh. Likely folded and reused. Front desk is a joke. I recommend never going near this place.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Roaches dead & alive in the room. The "AC" unit in the room was an old chiller unit & only blew warm. Never got cold or cool. Blinds were tattered, worn & dirty. Definitely didn't live up to the quality of wyndham properties.
