If you need a place to stay in Douglas, I highly recommend Travelers Motel. It is a cute vintage style motel. I love the old fashioned vibe to it with real keys for your room. No key cards. I rarely leave reviews but had to as the customer service here is amazing. The woman who checked us in was so sweet and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. She definitely makes you feel welcome and appreciated.
Good motel, clean. Cable TV, cold AC, working everything. Good prices. Friendly employees and owner. I will be returning to this motel my next visit.
Management was excellent! Susan kept an eye on us answered my every question & made sure we had what we needed. For an old room it was as clean as it could be. We were very comfortable knowing manger was very caring for our comfort and safety!
Manager was very nice and accommodating, but that’s where it ended. Only reason we stayed the night because it was late and we were tired. The room was nasty. The only reason we chose this place is because years ago my Dad used to stay every week and loved it. Never again.
The managers were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. Bathroom was clean as well, cleaner than most actually. The mini fridge and ac/heater unit worked too, which is sometimes a hit or miss when your renting a room.
The rooms wete very clean. I loved that the linens all smelled like DOWNY !! There was a cute little table with chairs and the bathroom was super clean as well. I really recommend staying here on a trip to Douglas. And the service was amazing as well.
If you're looking for a place to get a good night's rest and a shower, don't stop here. It was absolutely awful. Noise all night. TV didn't work, window broken, no cold water, dirty. You name it. It sucked. I've stayed in a lot of places. This one should be condemned.
Super clean budget hotel with very friendly hosts. They took care of our request for a 1st floor room and early check-in, made sure the fridge was cold and provided us with good, local advice. Pool looked well kept but we never had time to go for a swim.
The Nutella muffin was wonderful and the smoothie was tasty and healthy (to counteract the unhealthy muffin). They have made the atmosphere relaxing, but could use some couches and comfy chairs to augment their "diner" atmosphere. It's local and go
What a find! Do not miss this breakfast restaurant if you are in Douglas. Absolutely delicious home-made food. We will be back just for El Rinconcito Del Sabor.
Edit: Itâs too bad the original keeper of this site passed in 2022. The young person it went to doesnât appreciate the history, doesnât value the folks taking care of it, and wants it gone. Really a shame. Original: Great Arizona historical si
Ole! This mexican restaurant was recommended to me by a local football mom in Douglas when I took a group to play them. The food was very flavorful and smelled great when I walked inside. Was greeted immediately and was nice and busy AND was seated i
